Bad experience Needed coil spring and (rotors) ,called a week before hand to schedule appointment app was set at 10:30,got there at 9:15. Told service tech needed my car by 2.he assured me it would be done before 2. At 12:10 they called telling me they did not have the part.mind you i called a week before ,they shoulda had it. 2:00 i finally called to see if it was done. They had to overnight the part,but i didnt have my vehicle at .they gave me no alternative for a vehicle . Called the manager .mr.shoonmaker he never called back( gutless). Plus my recall part still hasn't come in ,its been a month! More

Had oil leak after oil change The only thing negative is that they did not tighten the oil filter or oil plug and now the oil is leaking everywhere.
