She immediately offered a test drive and didn’t waste any time trying to suggest something else. She was so helpful during the paperwork part of the process and explained all the numbers and made sure I knew the exact breakdown of everything. She also reviewed every feature of the car before I drove it off the lot so I was super confident when it came time to drive the car off the lot. She even followed up the next day to make sure everything was going well with the new car. She cares about the kind of service she is providing to customers and she cares about their vehicles. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I like the convenience of the shuttle service. I can drop off my car and get to and from work very easily. They also do a great job of communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. They call and send texts. I don't have to keep calling them to get an update like I've had to at other dealerships in the past. Thank you! More
