Jamie is a poor service person I bought 2 kia Sorrento in 2018 one new the other used. I called to see if I could get both cars with an oil change. The receptionist and Service nev I bought 2 kia Sorrento in 2018 one new the other used. I called to see if I could get both cars with an oil change. The receptionist and Service never picked up so I went ahead and brought both cars in I can only get one car serviced which was the 2018 I asked Jamie the service lady why she didn't pick up the phone so I could have arranged they have the oil changed at another time with both vehicles and not wasting her time and my time at this particular moment she told me she did not have time to answer every phone call that come across her desk, that was very rude and inconsiderate More
