Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the outreach, however I want to clarify that I have already made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I have called several times and left detailed voicemails outlining the issue with the trunk and referencing the prior repair and written promise, but I have not received a return call. I am more than willing to speak with a member of your management team, but I will need someone to proactively reach out to me, as my previous attempts have gone unanswered. I am hopeful this can finally be addressed and resolved.
