She ordered the car that I wanted from the factory since they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock. It was a two-month wait, and she kept me posted on the progress of the car from the time it came out of production until it was delivered to South Bay BMW. She was wonderful and made the xxxxxx of buying a car at South Bay very pleasant and comfortable.
