I was travelling through Georgia last week on my way back to Illinois when the transmission in my car gave out on I-75 just south of Atlanta. Fortunately, I was near the Suns Acura dealer. It was quite frustrating to be stranded 700 miles from home. While I had to leave my car and return home, I was so appreciative of the manner in which Derrick Aber, in the service department, dealt with me. He stayed in touch with me during the week my car was being serviced; he answered the phone each time I called him. I've arranged to have my car shipped to me, but I'm confident that it will be in working order when I receive it. Thanks again to Derrick. More

As a woman it can be intimidating buying a car because of the misconception that women don't know much about cars and buying them. I felt very informed about my deal and Trace Wilson went through everything step by step with me so I knew exactly what I was signing and what I was getting. This was my first time buying from Sons Acura and my 4th car/suv...we had been shopping for weeks and i just wish we had went to this dealer first! If you want to go to a dealership and have an excellent experience and not be haggled this is your salesperson...i honestly would follow him to another dealership for my next car, he will now become our familys car dealer. The dealership was great but what makes a good car buying experience is your dealer. We spent more time waiting on the finance guy than i would of liked just because we had our children and it was late but he was professional as well, everyone was nice and straighforward. There was an area for the kids to watch tv and plenty of snacks water juice and everyone was very friendly to us and our kids that were all over the place making us very comfortable. My lil girl especially liked Ashtin and Mac:) More
I called prior to my visit in order to make sure they had time to fit me in. They were very curteous both on the phone and in person when I arrived. Salesperson lied about several things and make us drove 2.5 hours from Birmingham to Atlanta to get a new MDA and tradign in old one.Then this person Michelle is not there and Manager says the deals she sa 2.5 hours from Birmingham to Atlanta to get a new MDA and tradign in old one.Then this person Michelle is not there and Manager says the deals she says is not possible.These are the new numbers if you want to purchase the vehicle..I had bad experience with Sons Acura-person Al Bryan in 01/2009 .so when I was inquiring about car this time,Initially I told Sons Acura that I dont want to deal with u.But I week later this Michelle called and gave a excellent deal on phone..that was the only we thought lets try once more...BUt no..NEVER NEVER deals with Sons acura...espeically -----AL Bryan and Michelle Brown ..and I am sure this is the culture at SONS Acura.. I bought a preowned TL from a private party and wanted Sons Acura to look at the car and let me know if it needed any work. I also needed my radio code. They checked my car for no charge and Donna Hahn we Sons Acura to look at the car and let me know if it needed any work. I also needed my radio code. They checked my car for no charge and Donna Hahn went above and beyond to make sure that I was there only a few minutes. She got my radio code for me and let me know I needed to change the oil and that a few fluids were dirty. She went over the inspection sheet with me and let me talk to the mechanic that checked my car. She told me that there were a few things that needed to be done but we can spread it out over a few months and that way I did not have to come out of pocket for the money all at once. She gave me a menu for all the services and the price so I can choose what needed to be done and how much money I needed for each service. Everyone was smiling and it truely seemed that everyone there love their job. I will not take my car anywhere else for service. I trust them and will put my car in their hands from now on. Thank you guys, you are AWESOME!!! More
