After speaking with a couple people in service and trying some low cost fixes (which was reasonable) I spoke with the manager of Sonju (Keith McKenzie, spl?). Keith was helpful and paid for the replacement of the rear window at Sonju's cost. I only paid for the original low cost fix ($60). Thanks to Keith for being responsible and positive to my experience. Most of my work was out-sourced, and my rating and recommendation is specifically related to my contact with Keith and the end resolution. More

Called to make an appointment and stated I wanted something 4 wheel drive. The salesman called me later telling me I could not get Financed for a 4 wheel drive. Then they could not find the car they had in mind for me. I test drove it and it was great. I liked it. Got a warranty with it. A month after I bought it water leaked into my car causing puddles on BOTH passanger and drivers side floor. (Warranty does not cover seals for windows) month 2 I take the car to car wash. I have water coming in from the roof of the car by the lights. Its pouring out all over. Now my drivers side window no longer works. Month 3 Im at a stop light and its a little slippry n i go forward and my traction control kicked on and i heard a clunk. My car would not let me go any faster than ten miles an hour. Tons of lights going off on my dash. Month 4 same thing happens as it did month 3. I call the dealership and they say well it "might" be covered under your warranty. I have to pay 100 dollars for someone to look at it first 100 for them to fix it. My warranty only picks up whatever is left over after I pay 100 dollars per item. I payed 14,000 dollars 4 months ago for my car and I brought it to 3 dealerships and they said its only worth 5,500. A car does not depreciate that much in 4 months. I will NEVER buy from Sonju again! More

Sonju was by far the worst truck buying experience I have ever had. They were dishonest in their service and gave me the run around when I had an issue. I will admit it was my fault as I signed the paperwork but what I really learned was that you can't trust anyone on their sales team. Please do not by a vehicle from here as you will be disappointed.
