Medical expenses had really taken my credit score down so far that I had to pay 18% interest just to get a car. After about 18 months, I was at Sonju one day and Scott Seagren told me that since I had made a far that I had to pay 18% interest just to get a car. After about 18 months, I was at Sonju one day and Scott Seagren told me that since I had made all those payments on time and cleaned up some debt, I might just qualify for a better rate now. Low and Behold, I DID qualify!! My new loan is 130.00 a month less than it was and my new rate is 6% ...WOW! that leaves me with some spare cash to further reduce my debt. There was nothing in this for either Scott Seagren or Sonju, but when I am ready to trade again, it will be at Sonju.. and I may even have equity this time because of their help. By the way,my experience with Sonju service department has been equally as great!! More

Bought a used vehicle there. Seemed clean and trouble free as I took it for a quick drive. After the purchase I got 30 minutes down the road and the egine started to seriously knock. Called the sales manager to be informed in no way was money to be returned and I bought it as is. I even got the comment: "It goes down the road doesn't it?" I made the point that used doesn't mean trouble free but a bad engine? I drive rather reserved thats why I bought a large american car. After much debate he was willing to trade in on over priced junk of even worse value and I would have to pay their fees all over again.I left in disgust and the engine totally went after a short time. After talking to others I could not find a single person with a positive thing to say about them. lesson learned. This same family/group also owns other dealers like Northstar ford. Lesson learned.
