Great Place to Purchase a New or Pre-Owned Vehicle I just bought a pre-owned 2017 Subaru Crosstrek with only 14,000 miles on it from Stateline Subaru and had an excellent experience there buying my veh I just bought a pre-owned 2017 Subaru Crosstrek with only 14,000 miles on it from Stateline Subaru and had an excellent experience there buying my vehicle. My sales consultant was Josh Archer and he was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process of selecting and purchasing this vehicle. He was low keyed meaning that he did not put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle which I appreciated so much. I traded in a 2012 Ford Fusion and feel that I received a fair trade for a vehicle with > 80,000 miles on it. I, like others, have never purchased a vehicle during a pandemic like this and Josh, along with the rest of the staff at Stateline Subaru, made sure that their customers felt safe and protected from the Covid-19 virus. Stateline is a great auto dealership and if you're looking for a vehicle you can't go wrong with asking for Josh Archer, Sales & Leasing Consultant. More

Went their recently and the service people are lost and you have to make a appointment for a oil change. They did some work on my kids WRX and he found bolts rolling around under the hood. Went back for the same issue several times. That place will be run into the ground. Beware if your looking for satification. More

I was given the ultimate bait a I have contacted Al the General Manager for Stateline/Somerset Subaru over at Nissan RT 24 about my disappointment. I was given the ultimate bait and switch. A customer rep told me one thing over the phone only to allow me to waste my time and go into the location to get lied to in my face. I was given a price quote over the phone. I went in and said exactly how much I wanted to spend. No more than that. And they still came in high at over 3k for the bare minimum. I was able to take my business elsewhere and get all the bells and whistles such as moon roof and leather seats for 5k less than what this place had quoted. More

Consumer Beware I went to get a sticker Saturday morning , after sitting in the waiting area for a few minutes was called back to the service desk and was told that I I went to get a sticker Saturday morning , after sitting in the waiting area for a few minutes was called back to the service desk and was told that I had a tail light out. The service manager told me while I was deciding what to do that the extra fee would be between $20 to $22 dollars. I then asked if the sticker had been removed? I was told it had not as of yet. I told them to give me the car back and they did.I then proceeded to check all the lights and interestingly could not find any of them to be off. We brought the car to another garage for an inspection sticker and that mechanic could not find anything wrong with the car and passed the car. Now may I ask "WHAT GIVES?????" More
Don't put down a deposit! Be very careful about putting down a deposit with this dealership. I was in with my husband and looking at a vehicle. I opted to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle from late Saturday afternoon until Monday morning- with the dealership actually being closed on Sunday. I was told by the salesman Alex that the deposit was 100% refundable and he encouraged me to use a credit card instead of a check because it would be "easier" and stated a cancellation could be handled over the phone. Fast forward to Monday at 9. I call to cancel the deposit, having found a better deal elsewhere and am told that no, they can't cancel the deposit over the phone and I will have to drive 45 minutes each way so that they can swipe my card. Alex tells me he did not know it could not be done over the phone and then tells his manager that he never told me that in the first place. The manager, Brian, refuses to assist by cancelling the deposit over the phone or letting me speak to anyone higher up to try to resolve the matter. I ended up having to drive 90 minutes to cancel my deposit in person. I will never do business with this dealership and will let everyone I know who is interested in a Subaru to go elsewhere. More
