What Others Say

I had an amazing experience at the Subaru dealership in Somerset, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Damian for really going above and beyond for me. I came in with very specific needs and concerns after a previous dealership experience, and Damian made sure I was actually taken care of this time. I traded in my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek and was able to get into a 2017 Subaru Forester that checked every box I asked for — including a sunroof and staying within my budget. What really stood out to me was how much effort was put into making the numbers work in my favor. My interest rate dropped significantly, and the entire process felt honest, respectful, and supportive from start to finish. I won’t get into all the details, but just know this — they looked out for me in a way that you don’t always see in this industry. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares and does right by people, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Damian.

Apparently internet sales is not interested in selling cars.. I made three attempts to contact Lacey a quote and no response. She claims she left me message.. Bull. We all have caller ID and that excuse is as lame as the dealership Lost a sale!!

We worked with the Joe Dibiasio, the general sales manager. He’s very professional and upfront. We’d definitely go back to him for our next purchase.

I just bought a pre-owned 2017 Subaru Crosstrek with only 14,000 miles on it from Stateline Subaru and had an excellent experience there buying my vehicle. My sales consultant was Josh Archer and he was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process of selecting and purchasing this vehicle. He was low keyed meaning that he did not put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle which I appreciated so much. I traded in a 2012 Ford Fusion and feel that I received a fair trade for a vehicle with > 80,000 miles on it. I, like others, have never purchased a vehicle during a pandemic like this and Josh, along with the rest of the staff at Stateline Subaru, made sure that their customers felt safe and protected from the Covid-19 virus. Stateline is a great auto dealership and if you're looking for a vehicle you can't go wrong with asking for Josh Archer, Sales & Leasing Consultant.

Recently bought a new Ascent and worked with salesman Steve. Friendly, honest, professional, courteous, responsive. Wonderful experience overall and I definitely felt that Subaru love!

Purchased Several cars from Somerset Subaru was never concerned about the maintance. Went their recently and the service people are lost and you have to make a appointment for a oil change. They did some work on my kids WRX and he found bolts rolling around under the hood. Went back for the same issue several times. That place will be run into the ground. Beware if your looking for satification.
