I own animals with more courtesy then these people. I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. I wish I would have knew that no one has anything good to say about this dealer ship before I I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. I own a taurus and have never had an issue fixed right the first time. I go there to pick up my car that was supposed to get a water pump and left once only to return after 2 miles to find out I had 2 coils " go bad" then I left again only to return after a few miles for it throwing another code to be put back in a rental for them to call me in the next day to tell me my cat. Converter is bad and that's not considered a warranty item. I got there to get a water pump fixed and leave having to spend $1000 on a cat. Converter. To add insult to injury when I picked up my car they had left gum wrappers on the floor and a pop bottle in my cup holder. Please learn from my mistake and go else where you will save yourself alot of money! More

Used car purchase. Purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion with awd. Solomon Ford was the only dealing that had the fusion that was specifically what wanted. I was rushed through the test drive but that the car was okay. The tires looked fair , it only had 30,000 miles on them. I purchased the vehicle to find that it needed four new tires. Then found out that it has two bent rims. This car was said to be certified. They will not replace the tires or the rims. I have only had the car two weeks. They got there money and that's all that mattered. I will never purchase or service my vehicle with this dealer. More

Do your homework before buying! Bret Solomon sold me a certified pre-owned 2014 ford escape. After being criticized, called stupid and had I guess Greg verbally fighting with me. Got my deal under my terms. 3 days later Bret calls saying there is a recall and my certified warranty was revoked. Bought the car 3rd week of Sept. Called Ford and they said the recall went out Sept 6th.......car should not of been negotiated as a "Certified Pre-owned" Bret claimed it was a day before. No it was WEEKS before! I went up with a full decision to have the local police escort me off the property. Instead they did give me the original warranty. If I didn't do my homework and agree to myself to make a huge scene I would of lost 60,000 miles of warranty. Go play the game they will get you into a nice car just prepare yourself to fight. More

That guy was so ignorant and disrespectful to me that I would not even have given him a "penny". BTW: ZERO incentives at your place, $4800 at Kenny Ross Chevy, Irwin, PA. $15,000 for my trade at your place, $18,000 at Kenny Ross.... TOTAL $7,800 Saved for absolutely a better vehicle. All-Star-Package too: heated leather seats, voice command, bed liner, 4 door crew cab, 5.3 V-8, etc... Thanks Greg for saving me a TON of cash... PS: My wife wanted to drive up to your place, Solomon Ford, Brownsville, PA, and show you my new truck but I said, "Why waste the gas". More

I have had a horrible experience with Solomon Ford Dealership in Brownsville, PA. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle and the sales manager was completely unreasonable when it came to Dealership in Brownsville, PA. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle and the sales manager was completely unreasonable when it came to breaking my purchase price down to the monthly payment. They refuse to look at my partnership plan through my place of employment. The sales consultant was honestly trying to make the sale but his manager kept interrupting our conversation telling me to “not to worry with the numbers because they will look big on paper”. He acted like we were stupid when my fiancé and I both have degrees in business. The sales manager only wanted to talk numbers in the sales parking lot and not on paper. We went home empty handed and inquired for them to send us a break down. The sales manager called us with a new monthly payment and wanted us to agree to it without showing us anything. He said here’s your break down; give me X dollars and your trade in and your monthly payment will be X dollars. I said that’s all fine and well but I’m not going to agree with anything until I see it broken down and I’m not giving you a free vehicle. He gave me 45 minutes to call back and agree with the new monthly payment or the offer was over or I could give him some money to hold the offer until Monday. I said “Don’t worry about it because we are done here!” He then proceeded to tell me to never step foot on his lot again! Is this how you treat your customer? I just wanted information on where this payment was coming from and he refused. I expected this type of behavior from a used car lot but not a Ford Dealership! After this experience, I don’t believe we will buy Ford. I would rather deal with Dodge or Chevy. More
