I arrived as soon as they opened to buy a used F150. I understand dealers have standard fees but we wanted a breakdown and explanation of what each fee was and instead Brian got angry and began arguing with us. Instead of explaining them he began yelling at us that he does not make the fees and they are what they are. I went and found a manager and as I was trying to explain the situation, Brian came over and began arguing with us again. The manager sent us to the waiting area and Brian came back, half apologized, and said " sorry I got mad but come on guys." I've never had a sales person get angry yet alone yell over a simple explanation of prices. It is a shame as we would of purchased if not for your poor sales staff. More

Brett Solomon greeted us with a smile, listened to our wants and needs, and helped us to decide on the right vehicle for my son's first car. We were able to put him in a nicer used car than we believed he could afford, at a payment and term below where we thought we could be. Ashley was pleasant and thorough during the paperwork process. A real pleasure to sit with her to close the deal. An added surprise was the extra effort in prepping the vehicle for delivery. This is a used car from a brand that Solomon does not sell new, yet they treated us just like we were buying a brand new Ford. Kudos to this family-run business. We are so glad to have found you! Matt DeBerry is a liar and conman. Avoid at all costs. We had agreed on a trade in price for my car and even shook on it. Got the trade in value on our 2014 Explorer, was low at first. Told Anthony I would be in touch. Tuesday morning e mailed him and asked questions about how they came up with the value of my trade. He emailed me back with an explanation. Told him what i thought it was worth, he got me within $500.00 of the amount. Finance guy was great, got us a lower rate then previously quoted.
