Matt DeBerry is a liar and conman. Avoid at all costs. We had agreed on a trade in price for my car and even shook on it. He emailed me back with an explanation. Told him what i thought it was worth, he got me within $500.00 of the amount. Finance guy was great, got us a lower rate then previously quoted. Ignorant and unprofessional If I could give them less then one star i would. I can't even begin to tell anyone reading this review how bad they screwed me over. Long story short I bought a used VW Jetta from them and noticed the paint looked funny. They had me take it to some xxx body shop called Migs down the road to have it fixed. In the end they ended up painting it 8 times because every time there was paint runs and the color didnt even match. Went to show the GM at Solomons and he said it wasn't his problem after it got drove off the lot. Well it became his problem when he decided to tell me to go to that zero skilled body shop and made the paint look even worse then when i pulled it off the lot. I argued with the guy at the body shop every time about the paint and all the imperfections that weren't there before i let them touch it and he said too give him one last chance. Well it turned out even worse and i pulled out of there with a check engine light on and my motor blew up 2 days later.. Solomons Ford is the absolute worst dealership i have ever been too and they will only act nice to get a sale. I have many friends who have had bad experience with them also. I have videos of the GM yelling at my dad and acting more then childish. The place is crooked and so is the body shop they use. Hope whoever reads this decides to go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. More
