I purchased a new 2012 Escape and a 2010 Focus in early 2012. Everything was going well until I had a problem with my tires on the Focus. Tires do not go bad after 6000 miles if there in not something wrong with the car. I call Ford and they told me that tires are wear itmes and are not covered by any warranty. I went as far a s I could go in Ford and got no help. They offered to replace the 4 tires at half of there cost but they would never give me a price. Please stay awat from this dealership. I was the only customer on the lot for 35 minutes, looking around the cars, there is no way a salesperson didn't see me. They still work on commission, don't they? I did all the leg work, this was a done deal, I went there to buy a car, I saw the car on the lot that was on the internet. I will go elsewhere.
