I was very satisfied with the detailed and prompt information that Jasmine provided to me. I was given a ride home to wait and the driver was very informative about the vehicle he drove me home in. I information that Jasmine provided to me. I was given a ride home to wait and the driver was very informative about the vehicle he drove me home in. I am interested in buying a new Atlas Cross Sport next year. He was very nice and friendly. He would make an excellent salesman. I only dealt with Noah when I picked up my vehicle, but he was very nice and informative too. More
This dealership is the exact reason why all car dealerships get a bad name. We bought not one, but two vehicles from them recently in the same day. We found out after signing the paperwork that eve dealerships get a bad name. We bought not one, but two vehicles from them recently in the same day. We found out after signing the paperwork that everything the salesman said was an outright lie. We were told the 2024 vehicle with just over 4,000 miles had belonged to the dealership owner and he decided to switch to something else. Wrong - turns out it was the courtesy vehicle they lent out to everyone. That’s very different from it being a single owner vehicle. We were also told they are “losing money selling this car”. What a joke and obviously a lie. No dealership would sell a car at a loss. We had to go pick up a vehicle that we were trading in at home so the salesman said he would write up an offer for both vehicles while we gone. We got back and he looked confused as to why we wanted an offer for both. There was no lowering of the price for either vehicle. My fault for actually believing they couldn’t do any better. He told us the price, but neglected to tell us that it included a rebate of $3500 (which we had to pay tax on!). During the finance process, I was told the rebate was $3300 and I was getting an extra $200 for being a first responder. However, while looking online afterwards I saw everyone receives the $3500 so they didn’t give me anything for being a first responder. It’s not much money, but it just adds to the lies and deceit. We were also told multiple times prior to pick up that the vehicle would be getting an oil change (the warning sensor came on while test driving it that it was due for an oil change). At pick up we were assured multiple times that the oil change was done. The warning sensor no longer came on so we had no choice but to believe them. However, two days later I received a call from the salesman stating we had to bring the vehicle back to the service department for a certified inspection. Why this wasn’t done before pickup, I have no idea. Again, just another inconvenience due to their ineptitude. I again asked the salesman at that point if an oil change had been done and he, again, said yes. My husband dropped the vehicle off and directly asked the service department if an oil change was done and he was finally told the truth of no, it had not been done. He spoke with both the sales manager and the service manager regarding the criminal behavior of resetting the oil change alert without actually doing the work, but was basically told “Sorry, yeah that shouldn’t happen”. They called us to bring the vehicle back to get work done that should’ve already been done and still couldn’t manage to get the “quick 25 minute inspection” (according to the salesman) done that day so we had to go back the following day to pick it back up. Just more inconvenience when the last thing we want to do is deal more with these people. We spent $50,000 on a new car and the least they can do is provide a $20 oil change. At the end of the day, this was an awful experience filled with lies throughout the whole process, which we unfortunately didn’t find out about it until after the paperwork was signed. We also had issues with a flat tire on the second vehicle purchased (that was supposed to be fixed prior to leaving), but instead they simply put air in it and my daughter had the low tire pressure alert come on about an hour after leaving the dealership. Instead of fixing the problem like they said they would, they just put air in until the sensor went off and sent her on her way. I sincerely regret purchasing my car from this dealership and I warn others - stay away!!! More
