I brought my car in for an issue with the travel assist. I received a phone call where the worker told me I needed new tires, balance, shocks struts and more. I was sent photos of the underneath of the ca I received a phone call where the worker told me I needed new tires, balance, shocks struts and more. I was sent photos of the underneath of the car and told it will cost over $4000. As I went back and forth with the worker I eventually asked about the warranty as I was told nothing was covered. The worker insisted my car was a 2020. It’s a 2022. All the info provided to me was wrong. I had to provide my vin where the worker finally realized they mixed up the car. The response was your cars ready to be picked up. They fixed the travel assist. No charge. This experience does not give me faith in this dealership. More
