Our salesman was very nice and knowledgable. However, i specifically said i did not want to put any money down and despite my asking several times to speak to and or see the total amount due whe However, i specifically said i did not want to put any money down and despite my asking several times to speak to and or see the total amount due when we picked up our car , i was faced with the fact that a capital cost deduction, ie down payment amount, was included in the total. My bad for not insisting more before getting to the dealer to go over the final numbers but i DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING FOOLED. It was a small amount so i decided to let it go but none the less it was unprofessional and a reminder to me not to allow myself to be duped in the future. When i shake hands on a deal and a price with the dealer manager i expect it to be upheld. More

I had my car there twice for no AC. The first time they replaced some fan motor and no AC the next day. I think I deserve at least a partial refund as it is obvious your mechanics have no clue what is wrong with my AC!!!! More

I dropped my car off to have the air bag recall work performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it wo performed, I found out later that their computer system was down, and had been down for a number of days with no definitive expectation of when it would be restored. The computer system is required to perform the work. They held my car for an entire day and the work was never performed. Had they been honest and informed me of the situation prior to dropping the car off, I would have rescheduled my appointment for another day. This was a big inconvenience, and I would not recommend going to this dealership; very dishonest. More
