I brought my Volkswagen in for a routine oil change, but shortly after the service my vehicle began having engine issues that were not present before. After the blizzard, the engine failed and my car stalle shortly after the service my vehicle began having engine issues that were not present before. After the blizzard, the engine failed and my car stalled in the middle of the road. I had to call a tow truck to bring it back to the dealership and lost a full day of work. To their credit, the service staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, and they provided me with a loaner vehicle, although it was smaller than the vehicle I currently lease. In the end, the engine had to be replaced, which shows how serious the issue became. It’s frustrating that what should have been simple maintenance turned into such a major problem. More
