I brought the car in for an oil change and to check the brakes for the recall. I was told the brakes need to be done and also your head gasket is leaking. We made a date and they had a loaner. Once there it need a full head and then the transmission had to be changed. So they replace the trans and torque converter. They were honey and did the work reasonably quick based on what it needed More

Went in for check engine light, and an inspection. Was told that car would be ready by 5 PM received notice when on way there that car was not going to be ready till the next day. next day show up at Was told that car would be ready by 5 PM received notice when on way there that car was not going to be ready till the next day. next day show up at 5 PM. Car is not ready. Have to leave. Come back the next day car is ready, but nothing is done that was supposed to have been done so had to come back and get the work done and then could leave. A loaner car was never available every time we asked for it. It’s just bad business. More
