Worst experience of my life. They have no interest in customer satisfaction or providing the Mercedes experience. Brand new car and delivery was basically " here are your keys" They have no interest in customer satisfaction or providing the Mercedes experience. Brand new car and delivery was basically " here are your keys" Took 20 mins to get comfortable in car before I could drive it. They probably shouldnt sell highline cars. 2023 AMG C43 is a great car though. I do Love the car. Sales person even took off the spare key key chain from my new car when I wasnt looking so he could have it for the trade in! How petty. Then again, the first car only had one key chain. Maybe its their policy...lol. I guess even 78k car doesnt get a second little leather key chain. Doesnt matter really, just shows the state of mind there. More
