This is not smart Toyota this is smart blackmailer I book Venza on Feb ..that time sales girl told me if u trade your car here u can and if u don’t than it’s fine ..I was compromised in color and model and a Venza on Feb ..that time sales girl told me if u trade your car here u can and if u don’t than it’s fine ..I was compromised in color and model and all to get early delivery..on delivery time they are literally blackmail me if I don’t trade car with them they are not giving me new car delivery..so whatever the amount they decide I have to trade that time if I want new car I got better offer my old car but I have to trade my car there only ..they are hiding everything I ask so many time what is my bank for loan first they told me summeet than Wells Fargo than last moment was Toyota..this is 100% unprofessional..I m a u we driver and I want hybrid car to save money and I wait for 4 months to get car and that day smart Toyota blackmailing me I ask the sales person do u have any contract I have to trade with u only ..first she said yes but she never provide me or show me ..I can got to court also but I don’t want to spoil my kids day and happiness..so advice all new buyers make sure everything with smart Toyota before book your car …I never recommend this dealer to anyone..I always feel they cheated me More

I flew into Milwaukee and the dealership had Austin drive from Madison to pick me up at the airport. Austin even took the time to help me install a bed cover for about an hour on my truck that I bought somewhere else. And everyone else I dealt with from sales, financing, and the service department were all very courteous and helpful. I started out a bit worried about making such a purchase out of state but Smart Motors Toyota made the whole process smooth and worry free. More
