I recently had a disappointing experience with Smart Toyota Dealership. A month ago, I reserved a Toyota Highlander and was placed on the waiting list. During the initial visit, I informed the salesperson that I intended to trade in my current car, which is in excellent condition with low mileage. I emphasized that I would proceed with the purchase only if they offered a fair price for my trade-in. The salesperson collected my car's details, used KBB and other valuation websites, and assured me they would offer a price consistent with those estimates. After weeks of waiting, I was notified that the new car was ready. We spent several hours completing documentation and applying for a car loan through the dealership. However, when it came time to finalize the trade-in, the financial manager, Mike Latif, offered me a price that was $5,000 below the average KBB value. Despite acknowledging my car's excellent condition, he provided reasons that didn't make sense to me for the lower offer. After some discussion, he only increased the offer a bit. I felt misled and that my time was wasted. It seemed like a tactic to make customers hopeful and then pressure them into accepting a lower trade-in value to maximize their profit. This experience was frustrating and left me dissatisfied with the dealership's practices. In today's market, transparency and honoring commitments are crucial. I hope Smart Toyota Dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves their approach to customer service.

Mia was our salesperson and I cannot say enough about her professionalism, no pressure attitude and great service. She listened to what we needed and provided us with several cars to test drive to find the best match. Her communications were timely and responsive. We had a great experience and love our car!

Our experience with Smart Motors has always been nothing but positive. The showrooms are always clean, salespeople and staff very friendly. Big THANK YOU to Mike, Jackson and Austin( our sales person) for helping us with all or needs. I believe this was our 6th vehicle in five years. I feel like we are part of the Smart Toyota family!!|

They take appointments, but they don’t honor them. I made an appointment weeks ago for a basic tire rotation. I showed up at the appointment time and they told me it’s at least an hour wait. What’s the purpose of having an appointment? I didn’t have an hour, so I had to reschedule. I have to wait another 2 weeks. Unacceptable.

On the coldest day of the year, a Sunday, my tire pressure light went on. The next day, under time constraints, I lined up at Express Service twenty minutes before opening. All bays were full . The agent motioned me to the appointment service bays. The Smart team immediately filled my tires as they huddled in the service Bay Area. One mentioned that the heaters inside the building were broken; management had not fixed them . Please fix the heaters. These folks deserve optimum working conditions since they provide excellent and reliable care. We need happy Smart employees🤗

Only dealer that offered any kind of warranty on older used vehicle. Paid a premium but condition of vehicle, warranty, and 24 month service plan made it worth the extra money. Sphend Jonuzi did an outstanding job of selling us on the Sienne we purchased!
