Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, follow-up and customer focus. As a result, I had to unexpectedly pay $500 out of pocket, Kyle in Finance indicated he would check on other ways to he follow-up and customer focus. They are great at selling new and used cars. Nice experiences and we’ve bought the last 3 cars there. I went into Smart Motors looking for a specific vehicle and found it.
