After visiting Skyline Motors, I don't think I would visit any other used car dealership in the area (unless of course they didn't have the model of vehicle I was searching for). I dealt with Mr. Micha visit any other used car dealership in the area (unless of course they didn't have the model of vehicle I was searching for). I dealt with Mr. Michael Kim (whom many of the folks on this site have as well), and his 10+ years in sales at Lexus truly makes him standout as an all-star car salesman. I initially went to Skyline of Fairfax to check out a used Mercedes-Benz CL350, but after being disappointed by its size, I fell in love with the rare BWM 530xi. Mr. Kim was very upfront and honest about the vehicle, and discussed all of the features of the car with me in-depth. He then let me go on a fantastic joy ride, which resulted in my decision to purchase the car. The icing on the cake was the fact that I ended up being able to negotiate a price for the vehicle, which was $5,000 off the online sales price. AMAZING! I purchased the car on the spot, and picked it up the same day, where I was further provided a testament to Mr. Kim's salesmanship. Since the detailing shop was closed on Sunday, he personally detailed the entire interior of the car himself. I highly recommend Skyline of Fairfax and ESPECIALLY Mr. Michael Kim for anyone looking for high-end vehicles. He knows what he's talking about, and will treat you like royalty. Happy Hunting! More

Do not buy anything from this dealership. Bought a 2004 car in February 2008 and found that the spare kit was missing, the remote key was damaged. I was passed between sales and service and each blamed the other refusing to take action. I had to threaten the title office with refusal to release title on my trade in to get any results. I bought an Infiniti M45 from this dealership, had it checked out by a mechanic about 5 miles from the dealership. They were ASE certified and it was a little ways away from the dealership, so I figured checked out by a mechanic about 5 miles from the dealership. Six months later the engine starts making a noise, I get it checked out....it needs to be replaced and has internal damage ($10-12,000 worth...almost half what I paid for the car). Now,I will admit I had the oil changed only once in the 6 months I had it, but out of those 6 months I only actually drived it for four...the car only has 35,0000 miles on it. The mechanic and the Infiniti service manager ensure me that there's nothing I could have done to cause this damage in six months. The car is supposed to still be under manufacture warranty (one of the reasons I bought it.) Now is when I find out Skyline has no records of service to the car even from when they had it. The "service manager" shows me some document that states what they did to "inspect" the car which involved removing some rust from the rotars!! By the way, I already had to have the brakes changed on this car. Mike is a very nice guy when you're buying a car, and I guess that's what his job is supposed to be, but this dealership is VERY SHADY. Just a warning, patronize at your own risk. More

We are extremely happy to share our personal experience in the proces of buying the Infiniti M35 from Skyline Motors. At that time we had no idea about what would be our next vehicle although we were looking for a similar sturdy and safe one. We were greeted extremly well by Mr. Mike Kim who gave his careful ear to our needs and situation. Besides being sympathetic with our situation, he interacted with us n such a friendly manner which we never thought possible with someone in his role. We maintained a mutual honest and open channel of communication during the period and also looked into other dealerships and interacted with individuals who were selling similar pre-owned vehicles. We clearly told Mr.Kim that we would not "haggle" back and forth with the price, and he respected our time and commitment. With only one counter offer, we settled the deal and bought our pre-owned Infiniti with complete confidence of this reputed dealership. Mr. Kim has addressed all our concerns and issues in very timely manner and has promised to take care of those at his earliest convenience. This is our best car buying experience ever especially when we had gone through such a traumatic phase earlier on and was not ready to buy a vehicle. I think I got a fantastic deal on my Audi TT. I researched convertibles online before I called this dealership. Michael answered my call and was incredibly polite and respectful. They gave me a great trade-in deal on the Jeep and when Michael was able to match the price I could afford I went ahead with the purchase. Financing my car there was quick and easy. I drove away with my new wheels in less than four hours. I stopped back the next day to give them my extra Jeep key and the title. When I remarked that my tires seemed like they needed air, the service department immediately checked the tire pressure and adjusted it for me. I was really impressed. Also, I want to mention Samin (parts division) who was also very helpful and accomodating. The price for the car was good and compared well with prices of their competitors. After the purchase was made, Sam gave me necessary explanation on how to use different features in the car; he also answered all the questions I had. In conclusion, I would like to point out that I am happy with the car and would like to recommend this dealership to those potential buyers who would like to purchase used but quality imports for a reasonable price.
