I saw a posting for a BMW on ebay that this dealership was advertising. The sales prices advertised was the same Kelly Blue Book value for a car in excellent condition. I called and talked to Jimmy about was advertising. The sales prices advertised was the same Kelly Blue Book value for a car in excellent condition. I called and talked to Jimmy about this vehicle. I asked him specifically if there were any dings, scratches, door dings or dents. He told me the car was in perfect condition. He said it was so nice they were going to put it in the showroom. I made an appointment to see the car with Jimmy for the next day. When I got there Jimmy was not around. I was told he had the day off. I was told he went to school. While waiting for the car to be brought around I heard some other sales people saying to each other that Jimmy went to pick up lunch. When the car was brought to me the sales person who brought it apologized that the car had not been detailed and apologized for the condition. I was appauled. I was expecting to see a pristine car but the car had a dent in the door. The front bumper had obviously been bumped very hard on the drivers side. There were scratches all around the car. The interior was filthy and the car smelled very bad inside. I wasted driving time of two and a half hours to see a car that had many many issues. The pictures they post do not reveal any of these issues or flaws. They are very good picture takers but liars about the cars they sell. More
I purchased an Infiniti FX45 from Skyline Motors a couple months ago. I dealt with Louis. He was very knowledgeable about his product and very polite and friendly. We were contemplating purchasing one from t months ago. I dealt with Louis. He was very knowledgeable about his product and very polite and friendly. We were contemplating purchasing one from the Infiniti dealer but were drawn by their lifteime warranty. Our FX is top notch and we constantly get compliments from on how beautiful it is. Though Louis was extremely busy the day we arrived to pick up our car, he made us feel extraordinary. I would recommend Skyline's dealership to any one considering a quality used car. More

I had to call to get my license plates sent to me before my temporary ones expired. The registration stickers where put on very sloppily. Emails and calls about service schedules have gone unanswered. They have some nice cars and prices and during the sales process were friendly. After the sale, communication has been nearly non-existent. I was looking for a dealership I could purchase again from in the future but this will not be the one. More
I bought a fully loaded 2003 Lexus ES300 with 72k. Watch out for their sales pitch. No matter what they say, have the car inspected before you buy and get any contingencies in writing. They also lie a l out for their sales pitch. No matter what they say, have the car inspected before you buy and get any contingencies in writing. They also lie a lot, so don't believe them. Like when they told me, "We had a lady offering $17,500 and we turned her down" then when I said, "well, I'm sure you can sell it, but Im offering 17k" and walked out to my car, the salesman ran out to catch us, "Oh, its your lucky day, the owner just came in and he said, 'go ahead and give it to them.' I'll introduce you to him." What a crock. The car was an average deal (my girlfriend really wanted it, so I caved), but the whole experience made me feel cheated. They also told me that I had to get gap insurance (which is a lie...let me get this straight...you want me to insure the gap in price between what I'm paying and the car's value....you mean costs like gap insurance? So, I'm insuring my gap insurance???) Also, ignore the lifetime warranty. You have to get all of your servicing done through them, which means they can tell you whatever they want and you have to do it, or it will void your warranty. Overall, it's a shame people like the sales manager are able to survive in any business. I would expect that they would treat their customers with respect and honesty but to them it's a game and you are a sucker. More
I needed a newer car for work and play. I looked and looked and finally there it was; 2006 Infiniti M-35 X AWD Fully loaded, the color I wanted and the price was awesome, I had to buy Used due to the co looked and finally there it was; 2006 Infiniti M-35 X AWD Fully loaded, the color I wanted and the price was awesome, I had to buy Used due to the cost of a new one (Over $50k). I went and looked at it, asked to take it to the local Infiniti dealer to have it looked at and there was no problem. The Infiniti dealer told me they wished they could have had that car in there inventory and offer it for sale to one of there customers, it was in the top 95% of being near perfect. They guys at Skyline of Fairfax made me feel very calm and helped with the sales process explaining everything to me very good. After I bought the car, 3 days later they called me to ask if I fully uunderstood all of the tech gizmos in the car and said that if I had any questions to come by or call and they would have someone help me get to know my new USED car. I would buy from them again anytime if I was in need of another nice clean used car. Mike Jones More
My experience with Skyline has been extremely poor. I was buying from Canada for importation and subsequent resale. They advertised a very nice-looking Infiniti G35 Coupe. 25 photos all-looked good. H was buying from Canada for importation and subsequent resale. They advertised a very nice-looking Infiniti G35 Coupe. 25 photos all-looked good. However, they refused to allow the car to be taken to Infiniti for pre-purchase inspection (first time I've heard of that), but did allow a mechanic to come there to look at it. The mechanic had no concerns, but pointed out there was no manual, so I asked for one to be ready when I picked up the car and of course it was not. More to the point, I found out, when I got the car to the border that there was NO CERTIFICATION LABEL on the vehicle! That makes it inadmissible in Canada... that also led to further investigation that the border people showed me a printout of that states that the car was in an ACCIDENT... this is why the cert label must have been removed. They of course claim not to have known about the accident, but I think they must have. I can't see any visible damage and warranty is still in tact, but I think they must have known about that. I suspect many of their less expensive cars have been crashed up and redone... despite clean Carfax and Autocheck records. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone - i don't trust them at all and they have been extremely unhelpful through all of these difficulties. More
My wife went to this dealership today. She was looking to buy an Acura MDX and they allowed her to take a car home to show to me and to take to the mechanic to have checked out. I did not however like th to buy an Acura MDX and they allowed her to take a car home to show to me and to take to the mechanic to have checked out. I did not however like the color and returned with her the next day to return the car. A newer more expensive MDX was available and I liked that one more so we took it out to the mechanic and the tires were almost bald. When she returned to the dealership today with the car (by herself), she asked them to replace the tires and they came to something of an agreement over the tires. However, they said the price was $18,500 when in fact their own website says it is $17,999. When she brought this up to them and showed them the printout, Mr Sam Jee who is a manager there, said that they dont need her business and they can find someone else to sell it to. So I guess they wont even honor their price and try to sell a car supposedly in excellent condition (according to their website) but it has bald tires? Very professional. She was going to buy the car too. She had already made up her mind on it but the way they acted about it she got disgusted and insulted and left. Skyline will not get anymore of our business. By the way, they are listing the car as an Acura MDX touring but its not. Its just the regular version. Its just more of tfheir lies to inflate the value. The only person there that seemed decent to us is a guy named Diab Hamdan. He apologized to my wife profusely when the manager acted this way. More
