It was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. The one thing I hate about dealerships is walking around the lot and having someone immediately hunt you down. This place was just the opposite, I took my time looked around and then went inside. When I went inside I was handed the keys and the license plate and was told to take my time with a test drive. Very good not having someone breathing down your neck. Everything from that point on went very smooth and I was in and out with a car within a half hour. I bought a 2007 Suzuki Forenza from their Quakertown location in July 2009. This past March I went to get my oil changed from Sears Auto. They simply told me that they could not do my oil change becau location in July 2009. This past March I went to get my oil changed from Sears Auto. They simply told me that they could not do my oil change because I had a major oil leak that was out of their hands! I could not believe this was happening. I made an appointment with the Suzuki dealership. Not even 10 minutes into my trip to Suzuki, my car started to overheat. I quickly called a tow truck. When I finally arrived at Suzuki, they took one look at my engine and saw that it was caulked up. They could not believe their eyes!! Clearly, there was a leak and all Singh did was use caulk to fix the problem. There is no reason why a 2007 with 14,000 miles should need a new engine. I was without a car for months because they had to order the engine. I had been driving a dangerous vehicle around for months and hadn't even known. My car is not driven much, and I had never experience problems before. The caulk had just started to break apart, so that why my oil was leaking, heavily. I called Singh expressing my concerns and they simply did not seem to care. Yes, my car was under factory warranty but things like this should not be happening!! My dealership had never had to replace an engine in a 2007 Suzuki with low mileage. He too agreed this stuff should not be happening. All Glenn basically kept saying was that it was under warranty so I did not have to pay anything, so why should I care? It is the principle of the matter though. I was clearly sold a faulty car. He also kept blaming me that I should have taken it to Singh to get it fixed. I go to school in WV so why would I think they would fix it from WV? Also, why would I think to get it fixed from the same place that sold me a faulty car? I didn't know taking the responsible route, by sending it to the dealership was the wrong decision. All Singh could give me was a few oil changes and an offer to check my car out again. Singh had my car for a week after I purchased and took it to their mechanics-anything could have happened there. During my complaint phone call they stated that they go through mechanics all the time! Their mechanics are not trustworthy at all! I was basically blamed throughout the whole conversation. He told me all vehicles are flawed. That could be true, but not all vehicles come with caulk to seal leakages. When I purchased the car, I was not informed that I should call them about my car no matter what. I thought taking it to Suzuki themselves would be my best bet. I preach to everyone what a bad company Singh is. If you just Google their name you will find other complaints just like mine. My situation will most likely be brushed under the carpet by them, since they just did not seem to care. It is my hope that others read this and take into consideration what kind of car they are purchasing. Yes, the prices are good, but is it really worth it? You may not have problems at first...but down the line theres no telling what could happen. Thank you. More

Singh Auto World in Bethlehem has a wide variety a vehicles, so if you are looking for a high end Ferrari or something just to get you from point A to point B - it is most definitely the place to go.
