Once again the service department was excellent!! I can't say enough about the service department. When my car broke down. I was over fifty miles from Sims. My towing only covered up to 10 miles. I could have taken it to a Chevy dealership closer. But I didn't because of the service I have always received from the service crew at Sims. So my husband loaded it on the car trailer and brought it to Sims because I know my car would be taken care of and I would receive excellent customer service. More

Not only did he talk to the mechanic while I was on the phone, but also informed me that there was a good chance that the repairs would be covered at 100% for me.
