I like the fact that he does not push you or make you feel obligated to purshase a vehicle. Thanks again Dan for all your hardwork you have done for me. 👍 More

Many years later I bought my first car at 16 from Simms Chevrolet, and I loved that Cobalt! It was an amazing little car for the price I paid. They say you just know i I bought my first car at 16 from Simms Chevrolet, and I loved that Cobalt! It was an amazing little car for the price I paid. They say you just know it's your car when you first sit in it, and boy, did I sit in many different cars that day. I had told the sales rep that I wasn't sure if I was actually going to end up buying a car that day, but even knowing that, they kept bringing car after car, being extremely patient with me. Never once did they get irritated or upset that I was disappointing with the cars I was testing out. Once I sat in the Cobalt, I knew it was the car for me. It just felt right. I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, I was just test driving everything that I could. Turns out... I bought that car less than an hour after I sat in it. To this day, even after not going back to that dealership for years, they still remember me by name in the service department. I was shocked! I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, after making a mistake and going somewhere else on an impulse buy, I will be going back to Simms now that I'm in need of another car. They still remember me and the Cobalt that I bought from them... Almost 5 years ago. That... Is impressive and is an example of excellent customer service. Not to mention that every time I've had work done there on both the Cobalt and even my non Chevy mistake that I leased, the work they do is amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I always do. A funny story actually: I hit a pot hole in my non-chevy car and totaled the tire. It was shot. The dealer that I leased that car from was across the street and my dad asked if they would be willing to help me. My first instinct response, without even realizing I said it was "Well... If they don't... I know who will. Simms Chevrolet. They'll help me for sure!" More
I recently purchased a Chevrolet Captiva from Simms Chevrolet and had a wonderful, very good experience. I had totaled out my previous Saturn and went looking for another one to replace it. I returne Chevrolet and had a wonderful, very good experience. I had totaled out my previous Saturn and went looking for another one to replace it. I returned to Simms since I had purchased it there. The Simms manager, Doug Stanley, suggested I might want to look at the 2012 Chevy Captiva, which is similar to the Saturn Vue, but a new model and much improved. Then the great salesman, Eric Johnson, showed me the vehicle and encouraged me to drive it. A long story short! I bought the Captiva, am very happy with it and especially happy with the interest and concern and help from Simms Chevrolet. You can not go wrong with them and I encourage all to be sure to vist Simms and see how they can help you find the right vehicle. Sincerely, Ralph Rheingans, Jr. CCP More
Asked for all the fee's up front. Salesman was very misleading over the phone. After arriving, found out about a $499 DIC (Dealer Incursion Cost) that was NOT mentioned on the phone. The sales man sa misleading over the phone. After arriving, found out about a $499 DIC (Dealer Incursion Cost) that was NOT mentioned on the phone. The sales man said "we have nothing to hide" over the phone. I guess nothing to hide except a 500 dollar fee that he forgot to mention before we drove over an hour to attempt to buy the car. Very misleading and unethical. I will never buy a car from Simms Chevrolet and will encourage others to assist me in the free advertising of the dealership. More
