Beware of this dealership. Get a second opinion before dealing with them. I took my car to them because I had a signal of a malfunction headlight. They diagnosed my car and said it would cost me $1287.00 to repair. I had a module out. I authorize the repairs. Upon completion of the repairs I took my car home, put it in the garage and when I took it out a week later the same signals came on. I called them I had to set another appointment and this time I was told I had a module out and the cost for repairs was $3,300.00. I picked my car up after speaking with the manager. I then took my car to Coast to Coast on 96th and Keystone. They rediagnosed my car and explained they could not do the repairs and referred me to Worldwide. Excellent service at Coast to Coast. Worldwide diagnosed my car again and found I had a faulty drying pack. Replaced it. I paid $138.00. Thanks Worldwide for your excellent service. Again BEWARE OF SILVER STAR. More
Horrible service I recently had some service done to my GL450 and upon picking it up I was told my suspension would be a little shaky but it’d even out sounded weird b I recently had some service done to my GL450 and upon picking it up I was told my suspension would be a little shaky but it’d even out sounded weird but after plunking down 2300 I was just happy to have my vehicle back so I didn’t think about it well a couple weeks later my front struts go bad after I call I’m told the technician said something about it but I didn’t pay for a inspection you’d think any dealer would do an inspection after taking 2300 from you but I guess not or at the very least tell me I’m gonna need another couple thousand to fix my front end but I guess not thanks a lot guys. The response is a complete lie I was never made aware of any additional issue nor and additional inspection needed to investigate said issue even asked the service advisor (Raymond) that released my vehicle to me about any additional issues they saw and he found nothing to that effect. The foreman saw fit to fix a totally unrelated oil pan but not make me aware of a suspension issue. Lying on the internet to save face is not the way if an advisor had indeed saw an issue there should have been some sort of note on the invoice if there is a charge for simple human decency I was not made aware of please give me a heads up More
Underwhelmed I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the Mercedes dealer, the waiting room was dirty there was no snack machine and I had missed my lunch I was getting I was surprisingly underwhelmed by the Mercedes dealer, the waiting room was dirty there was no snack machine and I had missed my lunch I was getting faint waiting for my car to be finished. The parts department and the service department did not seem to communicate well and the price I was quoted on the phone with much less than the price quoted before the work started. I pointed it out they adjusted it to the original price makes me wonder what happens if you don’t pay attention otherwise the work was good. I probably will drive to Louisville next time. More
Very bad experience all 3 times I brought my GL550 here. I really expected much more from a MB dealership. They really do not have a clue at this location. They ruined the trim on my passanger door, they scratched the paint, they mis diagnosed an issue costing me time and money and the management let it happen. They lost the remote to my DVD unit they charged over $400 and haven't replaced it. Nobody returns my calls and the manager there told me to juat walk away and wash my hands of it! (Meaning forget about how much they screwed up) my warranty company picked up the slack for this pittiful dealership, I will never come here again. I brought my vehicle in for a class b maintenence and specifically asked them to check the breaks. They said my breaks were fine. 2 weeks later they had to be replaced. More

The extra services provided like rides to work or cars to use overnight or roadside services make it easy to want to do business at MB of Indpls. But most of all, I trust them and enjoy doing business with them! For expert service done in a friendly and courteous manner, MB of Indpls is great. More

Excellent Service I would like to make it known to his bosses that Adam Arbour is a truly exceptional general manager. I first met him 2 years ago when I took my S500 I would like to make it known to his bosses that Adam Arbour is a truly exceptional general manager. I first met him 2 years ago when I took my S500 in for service, at that time I believe he was the service manager. He was prompt, courteous, and all the other things one should be as a representative of Mercedes Benz. Last year I decided to purchase a new Mercedes and after delivery of the vehicle there were minor issues with the mBrace module in the car, Adam again did a great job. I noticed that he had moved into an office and his name tag said General Manager, I congratulated him on his promotion. I have no doubt that he is extremely busy with all his new responsibilities and that his time is now more limited in regards to minor matters at the dealership that his subordinates can handle. It is what happened most recently that prompted this commentary. About a month ago it was time for my A Service and I failed to remember his promotion, so I just called him directly and mentioned my service...he took care of the entire process himself. From fielding the initial call, to meeting me at the drop off and giving me the keys to the loaner car, to meeting me for the pickup and then calling me a couple weeks later to make sure everything was ok. In my opinion he went above and beyond when he could have easily transferred me to someone in the service department. He remembers small details of our prior conversations and brings them up later, which shows he actually listens to his customers. He puts on no airs and just gets the job done. He has earned my loyalty and I will make it a point to purchase all of my future Mercedes' from his dealership. More

Then, once I placed my order they were very helpful with keeping updated on the process and status of my new car. When I went to pick it up they even had it in the middle of the show-room floor for me! Service after the purchase has been exemplary as well. Very accomodating even on a tight schedule and they blew me away with some personal assistance! Despite the fact that I am moving out of state soon, I will still likely return for future business. More
