Great Service with detail explanation My 2008 MB C300 Sport 4Matic was around 88000 and have the normal V6 engine problem, leaking in engine oil cooler and the transfer case, due to high m My 2008 MB C300 Sport 4Matic was around 88000 and have the normal V6 engine problem, leaking in engine oil cooler and the transfer case, due to high mileages on the car. I took my car to the dealer, the service manager Adam Arbour, helped me to figure the leaking while performing the regular A Service check with no extra cost. Then, his team member Nolan Patterson schedule the fix. Although the problem wasn't resolved after the first round of repairing, they took my car back, review and fix the problem without any further service fees. Overall, they're responsible, expert and friendly to all customers. More

Because we move a lot, I have dealt with many Mercedes centers around the US. Despite excellent service from those locations, I still felt like I was always severely overcharged because it was at Mercedes. This particular location on Meridian I feel goes out of their way to provide small courtesies that make you walk out feeling as though you got more than you paid for. It's a rare Mercedes indeed :) More

Fellow owners of MB tell me I could find service and body work for less money. However, it's not worth it to take a chance on being unhappy elsewhere. I've had great professional knowledgable service here and you can't beat the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. Once while out of town, I took my car to another MB dealer for service. Although performed correctly, the service experience was not what I have been used to here in Indianapolis. My car and I are in the best hands by coming to this dealership. More
