I took my car to the dealer, the service manager Adam Arbour, helped me to figure the leaking while performing the regular A Service check with no extra cost. Then, his team member Nolan Patterson schedule the fix. Although the problem wasn't resolved after the first round of repairing, they took my car back, review and fix the problem without any further service fees. Overall, they're responsible, expert and friendly to all customers. More

Because we move a lot, I have dealt with many Mercedes centers around the US. Despite excellent service from those locations, I still felt like I was always severely overcharged because it was at Mercedes. This particular location on Meridian I feel goes out of their way to provide small courtesies that make you walk out feeling as though you got more than you paid for. It's a rare Mercedes indeed :) More
