I return to what is now known as Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis, because of not only the product but as important is the service. I've outlasted all the staff save 1 salesperson at their north store e.g., World Wide Motors and Horst Winkler, the dealer. Horst was my most able salesman for many years. However, for my wife, Alexa and my past 5 purchases, I've dealt with the store's GM, Brad Frauhiger. What a credit to the brand, store, Horst and our entire MB experience. So many times, Brad has gone above and beyond what any dealer would provide by way of competitive car purchase pricing and service, beyond the manufacturer's policy. Brad has built in an annuity for himself and the store in our repeat business. More
