I’ve been conversing with the sales people and several managers since last July 2023 about the issues that they have caused me, and given them plenty of opportunities to rectify the situation, same old response, zero.. I bought a 2018 Mercedes-Benz C 300 from their lot only to be lied to several times by the sales force that I was in the queue for the added charge of KARR security. After months of suspicions, I called KARR security myself, and was told that nobody from Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia had called and put me in any kind of queue for service. In fact, there is no queue and they’re readily available to schedule. Upon further discussion, it turns out I paid for the security service of KARR and the company confirmed that it was not installed on my car. I’ve been trying since July 2023 to get a refund for being charged for a service that was never provided on the vehicle. Following, all of my sons tires on the Mercedes-Benz we’re in dire need of replacement within the first three months of purchasing the vehicle. This is OK, and happens, but my son was in Northern California needing to get home to Southern California for Thanksgiving, and was unable to make the drive after several tears and phone calls.. reason? Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia never gave us the wheel locks to extract the wheels to change the tires. With unlimited sources available to help us the week of Thanksgiving, and several rejections, I pleaded with an American Tires up in Northern California to break the locks in order to get my son new tires so that I could have my children home for Thanksgiving. Following this horrid experience, I proceeded to call Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia to alert them of the situation and replacement lock, a few additional times, only to be blown off by their general manager once again. I will never ever ever recommend this dealership. They have a horrible way of caring for their customers after a vehicle is sold. Shame on them for behaving the way they do. I know others may have had a different experience but please be aware as there’s constantly change of hands at this dealership and no three managers in six months have been different, all uncaring! More
I've been a customer for over 20 years and experienced several changes of ownership. As a result, service has been less than stellar and sales people do not seem to know all the features of their vehicle several changes of ownership. As a result, service has been less than stellar and sales people do not seem to know all the features of their vehicles, especially in relationship to previous models. If I were running this dealership, I'd make sure my employees understood the value of long-term clients and learn to listen closely. More
I have driven Infiniti vehicles since 2003. Leased two and purchased two. My last 3 vehicles i got from Sierra Infiniti (previously Metro Infiniti). The Infiniti team has always been helpful and attentive. I recently brought in my Infiniti Q50 for service. I had an early morning appt at 7:30am, but arrived at 7am, and as the saying goes, "The early bird gets the worm!" I was privided a loaner car without prearranging for one and was out in a jiff and back on the road within 15 minutes. Benji was great and very helpful. Great experience!
