I recently took my car in for servicing, and I had a great experience overall. My service advisor, John Twiford was professional, knowledgeable, and honest/fair in his recommendations for what my car ne great experience overall. I was able to get timely updates during the servicing process about the status of my repairs, and he made sure, that the work I had done made sense for my car based on it's age and mileage. Often, you go to the dealer thinking they are going to recommend services you don't really need, and you're going to get over charged because you think if the dealer mentions an additional service, you must need it. However, I never felt that way during this visit, and I think its because John was clear from the beginning, that he would be fair in telling me what was wrong with my car, and make reasonable recommendations for how to resolve my repair needs. Next time, my car needs to have service by the dealer, I can definitely see bringing it back to Sierra Chevrolet. Thank you for the great service experience! More

I brought my vehicle into Sierra Chevrolet for service and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joe, a friendly and knowledgeable staff m and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joe, a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Joe informed me of all the options for my service and even let me know about a rideshare program they have where someone could pick me up and drop me off while I was waiting for my car. The service went much faster than I had expected and I’m happy to say I’m back out driving my car. At the end of the day, you can get your oil changes and tire rotations anywhere. There are endless options. What makes the difference for me is the way I’m treated by a company and its employees. For a lot of us, $100 can be a lot of hard-earned money to dish out. I want to feel like a human. I want to feel like my car matters, cause it’s all I got! That’s what Joe at Sierra Chevrolet served up for me, a customer experience that went far above any expectations I had. And because of that, that’s where I’ll be bringing my vehicle from now on.
