Took my 2018 Traverse for an oil change and tire rotation. Also told the service rep, Gerardo that I am getting a message to get the Stabilitrak serviced. Gerardo told me that a software upgrade rotation. Also told the service rep, Gerardo that I am getting a message to get the Stabilitrak serviced. Gerardo told me that a software upgrade is needed to fix the Stabilitrak. Charge me $220+. On my way home, the Stabilitrak message came back on. Called Gerardo back he said he’d take care of it. But now I have to bring it back and take more time off my busy schedule. Frustrating to say the least. More

Tanya was very friendly and helpful. Other than that, I had a bad experience. When I got my car back, there was a greasy boot print on the passenger floor mat and greasy fingerprints on Other than that, I had a bad experience. When I got my car back, there was a greasy boot print on the passenger floor mat and greasy fingerprints on the dashboard. I also had to bring the car back because after the batteries were replaced, the charge level wasn’t working correctly, and they had to fix the software. They offered to clean the inside of the car when I brought it back for the software fix. They had my car all day, and when I went to pick it up the next morning, the software issue was fixed, but they did not clean up their greasy mess inside my car. When I brought it up, they offered to clean it, but I had appointments I couldn’t miss. It should have been done already. I have been going to this dealership and their service department with my two previous cars as well. This was the first time I ever had any issues like this. There are a couple of other service advisors there who definitely talk to you with an attitude like you are a nuisance to them for even being there. That’s fine with me. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Joe Jimenez is the best advisor. At first I was worried because it was my first time here but he was very informative, friendly, and he is what great customer service looks like.
