Horrible customer service from the top down. I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. I took my 2017 F250 in for an engine light, front suspension issue and some electronic bugs. I setup an appointment and brought it in at that time. When I showed up, the SVC rep didn't know who I was and had to repeat what my issues were. They kept the vehicle all day and didn't fix a thing and just barely figured out what the engine light was coming on for. They said they needed it a few more days. I could not be without it so I scheduled another appointment where they could get me a loaner vehicle. Setup the next appointment and the SVC rep said they would have an SUV for me. Showed up at the scheduled time and once again they had no idea who I was or why I was there and then was told to wait in waiting area for 20 min at which time I was told their loaner was not there but I could pay for a rental if I wanted. Being fed up, I searched out the GM, who happened to be the owner. I expressed disappointment with what was going on and he proceeded to give excuses. He then proceeded to question me on why I didn't purchase my truck from his dealership. I did get a loaner SUV finally and left the dealership. 3 days later I called to check on the progress and was told that my suspension issue was that the rotors were worn which makes no sense as the issue was not under braking. I was also told the truck was ready. When I showed up I was sent to the waiting room for another 20 minutes as the SVC rep told me they were bringing up my truck. The rep then told me that they had to order a part and I would need to bring the truck back in. She handed me my key and went out to no truck. The truck was parked on the other side of their lot. I called the next day to setup an appointment to get the part installed and asked how long it would take. The SVC manager told me he had no idea and he would not be able to give me that information. At this point, I've given up with them and will find another dealership to do the work. The funny thing is that the owner Guy Hatch questioned me on why I didn't buy local and give his dealership a chance to sell me my vehicle. He wasn't concerned at all with my experience just wanted to know why I didn't buy from him. Stay away from this place! They don't care about customers and don't even fake it. More
Love my new car! I never thought it would own a newer vehicle, but the staff at Show Low FORD made it possible. Super friendly people that make every visit enjoyable. Service too bad to describe. After 90 days in their repair shop, there is no completion date promised for my Ford van. All they offer is one excuse after another. Buyer Beware stay away from the used vehicles BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY USED Vehicles from SLF. They do not service them.....not even an oil change. They lied to me about doing an oil change and ev BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY USED Vehicles from SLF. They do not service them.....not even an oil change. They lied to me about doing an oil change and even put a sticker for the next oil change due. The Vehicle displayed Oil at 1% Change Soon with 2 weeks of driving it off the lot. Never got an inspection report even after requesting one. Returned my vehicle to them within a reasonable period after purchasing the vehicle because the transmission shifted hard and there was a clicking noise coming from the engine. They did correct the transmission issue but claimed there was no clicking sound. I took it to 3 other mechanics whom all confirmed there was a problem. I brought it back to SLF with this info. They held onto my truck for almost 2 days before telling me my Solinoids needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me over 1000 dollars for repairs. Also During a test drive they cracked my windshield and asked me to used my own insurance to cover the damage. After multiple conversations with employees there and a very heated and uncomfortable conversation with the Owner they finally agreed to pay half of the repair bill. I will never make another vehicle purchase from SLF and strongly caution anyone considering a used vehicle from them. I have bought 3 Used Vehicles from Hatch Toyota in Show Low and Never once had the problems that i had with Show Low Ford. More
Deceit I would not buy a hamster from these people. They have engaged in a marketing contest that is clearly designed to be confusing and deceitful. When I would not buy a hamster from these people. They have engaged in a marketing contest that is clearly designed to be confusing and deceitful. When following instructions, the contest very definitively declares you a winner. "To play simply lift tabs on card. If you have a matching pair, you win!" "Then proceed to Show Low Ford to claim your prize." Upon arrival at Show Low Ford it was then made known that there was another set of numbers that needed to be matched to win. An underhanded tactic designed to get you into the dealership. I was shown language in the very last paragraph of the VERY FINE PRINT that made mention of the numbers on the board at the dealership, but the game instructions were crafted to make you think this was a bifurcated, or second segment of the contest to receive a secondary larger prize. I will not go into contract or negotiations for the purchase of a vehicle with any party to such tactics. Stay away from these guys like the plague. More
Terrible Customer Service Made an appt. to take in my 2010 Jeep Liberty for 2/29/16. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told I was not on the schedule, but they could Made an appt. to take in my 2010 Jeep Liberty for 2/29/16. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told I was not on the schedule, but they could fit me it. Thought I might be having trouble with transmission or rear end. I was covered with an after market warranty which I provided to the service dept. I was told the "transmission guy" wouldn't be in until the next day. I told Kevin Eckstein that I didn't expect to take my car home the same day and thanked him. He said he would let me know. Well to make a long story short they did find trouble with the rear end. The OEM parts were on back order with the supplier and they went back and forth with my aftermarket warranty. I might note that this back and forth dickering with my warranty was only done after much prodding from me and I even had to contact them myself several times. After weeks, Guy Hatch became involved. He stated he was "on top of it personally" and promised to check on it and call me back by noon that day. 2 days later he contacted me. In that conversation he said the OEM parts were on back order and I suggested they contact the after market warranty and ask if they would allow after market parts. Well that took several more days and they did get the approval for aftermarket parts. The parts were ordered 3/18/16 and I was told they would take 7-10 days to get them there. Well the parts arrived 3/28/16 and I was told my jeep would finally get in for repairs. I asked when the jeep would be ready and was told "I don't know". They said it was an 11 hour job and I asked if it could be ready by Tuesday. They said they didn't know. I did get a response from Kevin after I said I needed the jeep by 3/30/16 at 1:00 p.m. He called me and stated they were on schedule for that time and date. When I arrived on 3/30/16 I found the jeep was still on the rack. When I asked Al when the jeep would be ready he said he didn't know and the tech was at lunch and should be back by 1:00. I did get my jeep at approximately 1:40 on that day after 30 days in their shop. During that 30 days I was treated with the most disrespect and lack of caring that I have ever experienced in my life. The entire 30 days they treated me as if I was an aggravation to them. I might note at this time that we were in the market for a new truck in those 30 days that my jeep was in their shop and the jeep was to be a downpayment for the new truck. We bought a beautiful Dodge from York Dodge in Prescott, AZ after this treatment. Even Guy Hatch tried to get us to change our mind and sell us a Ford. Could this have been the reason we were treated to poorly? That we didn't buy a Ford from them? Well I think that may have had something to do with it because the last thing Al said to me when I picked up the jeep was "have a nice drive to Prescott". Poor poor poor customer service and rudeness by all employees involved in this experience including Guy Hatch. I would never buy anything from them or take another vehicle to them for service. 30 days to diagnose, obtain, and repair a rear end is RIDICULOUS". They will come back to this response I'm sure saying it was all due to my aftermarket warranty which does share SOME of the blame but not the majority. Never offered to expedite delivery of the aftermarket parts or ask if I would pay for expedited shipping which I would have. AND......after 30 days and all this.......they still held out their hand for my $100 deductible. My advise......buy a Dodge from Steven at York Dodge in Prescott!!!!!!!!!! They are amazing and Al they delivered the new dodge to us in Show Low we didn't even have to drive to Prescott. Claire Allen More
Exceptional Buying Experience I live in Phoenix and was having some issues trying to work with a local dealer. Guy Hatch and Show Low Ford took no time at all to put together I live in Phoenix and was having some issues trying to work with a local dealer. Guy Hatch and Show Low Ford took no time at all to put together exactly what I wanted at a great price. Price is part of any transaction but to me the experience offered from Show Low Ford is what made all the difference. Any dealer can sell you a new car or truck for a great deal but where Show Low Ford shined above the rest was the service and commitment they offered through the entire transaction. I ordered my new truck from them and they were on top of every aspect down to letting me know where my new truck was in its build and delivery process. Guy Hatch knew how excited I was to get my new truck and within about a 6 hour window from being dropped at his store it was delivered to me here in Phoenix! I am in sales myself and understand fully the difference between good and exceptional service. Guy Hatch and his team at Show Low Ford offer exceptional service and to me that made this the best deal I could find out there. I would highly recommend to contact Show Low Ford for your next vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed More
