I've had to take the same issue to the service department multiple times over the last few years. The issue is a grinding noise when starting. They've replaced the same part twice then replaced the part and multiple times over the last few years. The issue is a grinding noise when starting. They've replaced the same part twice then replaced the part and the timing chain. Each time, it exceeeds $1k. In addition, I went in for a tire rotation and they only rotated two tires. I know this because I had rim scrapes on the right side (front and back). After the rotation, the tires with the scrapes were on the back. Also, I've asked to stop receiving the nonstop courtesy calls each time I get one. The keep following up until you answer. Most of the time, they're while I'm at work. They refuse to listen. At this point, I've swapped one Honda out for another brand and about to swap the second. I've spent over $100k at this dealership and it's done nothing but get worse over the past 3 years. More
