Took my car in with "service engine soon" light on on a Saturday. Lori came out and checked to see if she could find the problem, but kept getting an error message. Told me it had to go to Nissan on on a Saturday. Lori came out and checked to see if she could find the problem, but kept getting an error message. Told me it had to go to Nissan and I would have to leave it. She contacted Nissan to see when they could get me in. I told her that transportation to and from Shore was an issue for me. Lori made arrangements for a loaner for me for Monday, told me to drop my car off there Monday and they'd take it to Nissan. When I got there, she took me to Ruth who took care of the loaner paperwork in about 2 minutes, got the loaner for me and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I've dealt with both Lori and Ruth on previous occasions and they've both always been extremely helpful, considerate of my time and needs, and have handled their ends of things quickly and efficiently. Both of these women seem to genuinely care about the customers they deal with and do everything they can to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate the way they both handle whatever the situation is. More

While travelling from Philadelphia, Pa to Cape May County, N.J.,an exhaust bolt broke and caused a great amount of noise, even when the car was in idle. I got a next day appointment to Shore Toyota, and the xxx't Service Manager (Chris Bounds) took over from there; he quickly located the problem and my Toyota Corolla wasready to drive in less than one hour; all this great service and at no charge...Fantastic. Lori and the shuttle driver are very nice, truly provide customer service. The total cost for service is very expensive. I have a certain amount I can spend and I know approx. how much it will cost for the problem in my car. Also, I don't like getting phone calls telling me they are making an appointment for me to come in for the other things found when I tell them I can't afford it at this time. I really only keep going back because they are located right down the street from where I work, and they provide shuttle service to work. More

I was accepted at the scheduled time and service took no longer than specified. As a matter of fact I was leaving the dealer sooner than expected. Chris is very knowledgeable on all car models. He was super friendly and took the time to explain everything very clearly. He even went out of his way to try and buff out a scratch for me.
