I had made appmt for service. I arrived 30 min early, hoping I could be taken sooner than the appmt. Taken IMMEDIATELY !! Lori made feel at ease, and very comfortable. Since I bought the vehicle at Shore, I decided to try Shore for service (Turnersville Auto Mall is 5 miles from my house)... Glad I came to you guys, I'll be back. More

work was for a recall. Everything was fine. Lori was helpful but they did want to do extra work that was not required. Mrs. Reynolds was very helpful and super friendly even do she was so busy, she took the time to make sure I was ok and taken care of. My family has been going to Shore Toyota for over 25 years, and Millard has been our service advisor for just as long. The service team is excellent, including Jim M and Matt. The service crew has been there for the duration and they have always been pleasant, friendly, helpful, courteous, and attendant to my and my family's needs. As long as Toyota continues to make quality vehicles, I and my family will remain brand loyal. More

Robert Anderson was nice and informative. I was there for an oil change but he noticed I had a recall on my vehicle and he serviced that as well. Bob Anderson what a really great guy. I came in for an Oil Change, and also to fix my splash gaurd under the car. Bob Anderson took care of everything for me.
