Lets see my adventure began in April 2011 when i purchased a car from them. Due to my bad credit i couldnt get a car anywhere else. Them accepting me was a good thing...so i thought. Ive had the car for a total of 11 months and its been in for repair 10 times. The last time it took 43 days to fix my car. I drove it home...ran fine..next day went to work..still fine...come out of work and its misfiring once again...Same problem i just had it in there for. Ive had it in there 3 times for alternator issues. They dont bother to call you at all, to give you any updates on our car. They really have no idea what they are doin when it comes to repairs, they give you run around and overcharge. At this point i dont even want the car anymore, because its just one problem after another with it and i will be going back tmrw to raise some xxxx. Thry make it seem like they are doin you a favor when they give u credit..they arent ....they are just screwing you. Sales dep and service dept get a zero rating from me More

In august i purchased a 2005 Chevy Malibu Classic. While i was looking around the lot, Every car that they showed me i said no because it was in bad condition. They started to get annoyed at me that i wasnt i was looking around the lot, Every car that they showed me i said no because it was in bad condition. They started to get annoyed at me that i wasnt happy with any of there cars. Then i found the Chevy malibu and it was the nicest looking car there . The mileage was descent 82,000. So i said ill take it. I have barely any credit history so whatever they were going to throw at me i had to take. They overpriced the car at over 10,000 for a used 2005 car and i was dumb for taking it. And the interest rate is crazy 24.99. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. But after i took the car home i had so many problems.Everything has been broken on the car. I have been to service at least 4 times so far. The Service is pretty good they have fixed most things. Recently The car just shuts off while i am driving. I call to bring it to them but they cant take the warranty that they sold me right now. I was told to go to Ammco , they told me they coudnt figure it out go to a chevy dealer. The problem was that When i bought the car there was an after market radio in the car. The dealership fail to check the car to make sure it was in safe working condition. Who ever put that radio in , installed it wrong and hooked it up to where the engine gets the power from and was burning the wiresout untill it kept dying out. So They called the warranty company that THEY sold me for 1,400 and they said 1 we dont cover wiring and 2 its an after market radio. So then i HAD to pay 500 dollars to get the car fixed , even know it was a problem with the car before i bought it, IT WASNT COVERED by the warranty that i bought for the car, Shirley auto group will be hearing from me shortly. More

They are all miserable shady crooks. Horrible service, prices are outrageous! Went down the road and got better deal on the SAME car for a fraction of the price with FRIENDLY service. That business is going down. BBB will be contacted for their business and scams. I feel bad for all the innocent buyers and sellers being taken advantage of by these horrible low life individuals. I must say I walked into the dealer knowing i'd be turned down as this was my 3rd dealer of the week. Everyone at Shirley auto group was very nice and helpful. I had purchased a real xxxxx from them at a really high price. As soon as I drove it off the lot it broke down they then had the car for a month and a half before I got it back. I tried to trade it in fo price. As soon as I drove it off the lot it broke down they then had the car for a month and a half before I got it back. I tried to trade it in for another car but that one had a blown rear on it. The truck broke down again and yet again brought back there because it was under "warranty" in which they told me that the "warranty" was not covering the main piece that needed repair ( the main computer that operates the truck). They are a huge bunch of crooks that are running a major scam about the crap they sell ( The truck underneath looks like it has been sitting in a river for a year.) They should not be in business. All the good reviews written are typed by them. Like the commercial says everyones approved to be ripped off from their hard earned money. You will have a bigger problem with any vehicle purchased from them, you might as well walk to where you have to go then buy from them.! More
