Bought my '09 Ford Sport Trac (Limited trim w/ leather seats, moon roof, hard bed cover, Bluetooth phone/aux, heated seats, etc, remote start, etc.) in May 2017. Naldo (salesman) was a nice guy that sold me a pretty used Ford truck in poor mechanical condition. He tried hard to meet my initial concerns and responded to me. I give him credit for that. However, he was not very knowledgeable about all aspects of the truck. My main issue is with the dealer and service dept for selling me a truck that had: failed drive shaft bearing, rusted out exhaust that should have failed inspection (April 2018 sticker), no spare key, no spare tire or hoist, partially working AC/Heat (dual passenger climate control not working), broken side mirror motors, and 2 broken parking sensors. I live 2.7 hours away and had to make 3 trips back to this dealer to fix issues that should have already been done. The guy (Jay) who processed the deal and paperwork even STRONGLY kept urging my to get the extended warranty. This made me very suspicious and I should have backed out. Now that I need major repairs related to drive shaft and possibly the transmission, the warranty co says they won't cover certain parts. A dealer where I live is having to fight with the co to get the repairs done. Bad vehicle X Pushy finance mgr X Difficult warranty co = Bad dealership! Buyers beware!!! More

This is the second car I have bought from these guys (the previous car back in 2011 was unfortunately totaled which is why I needed to buy this one). After going to three other places I was just worn out with bad selection and xxxxxxx financing shenanigans but these guys listened, actually HAD the car I saw on the website (a bigger problem than I would have thought), understood my finances and what was important to me, and worked to find solutions that would work with my small down payment. Answered my questions quickly and honestly, didnt talk down to me, didnt try to sell me things I didnt want. The car is amazing and it is far better than I could have hoped for with a price I can live with. Thank you thank you thank you!! Save yourselves so much hassle and just go here. And did I mention that BRAD IS AWESOME? More
