Terrible experience. Purchased a pre owned car from them. They indicated they replaced the rear shocks prior to my purchase. I started getting squeaking noise from rear. Another dealer determined the noise was coming from the rear shock mounts. These mounts are part of replacing the rear shocks in this car. I contacted the dealer at the highest levels. They decline to take care of their error. Do not purchase from them as there is no integrity at this dealer network and they do not stand behind the work they say they performed

The worst Deaership ever, extremely poor communication. I have tried to reach the General Manager for weeks. He is always in a fake meeting. The customer service is really bad.

Second time around and we made a decision to purchase our daughter first car. Because Hudson was outstanding and all around patient during the whole process and the huge bonus is that they had the car she liked

Naldo Sousa was by far the best salesman I have met. It was a challenge to get my deal done but he promised he would and he did. If you are looking for a new car go to him I promise he won’t disappoint.
