so annoyed. I had bought a car for myself from the used auto outlet on March 13th for my birthday. I came from York Pennsylvania. Everything was smooth sailing ge I had bought a car for myself from the used auto outlet on March 13th for my birthday. I came from York Pennsylvania. Everything was smooth sailing getting the car, no issues. On the way home we noticed that the back tail light was out and the batteries in the keys were dead. I had addressed the issue with Jason. I ended up replacing my batteries out of pocket and I was reimbursed with a check for the tail lights. The check took 3 weeks to come in the mail. I called at least 5 times checking the status of the check. Each time I was told that the check was sent out and they would talk to the finance office to see what is going on. I would never get a call back explaining what was going on. I then had my boyfriend call for me to find out that the check was never sent out.. I then received the check the very next day. Every time I call in for a question, or issue I always get told the person that I am trying to speak with is in a meeting and they would return my call. Each time I never got a call returned back. I called Jason to ask about the car fax that was supposed to come with the car. He told me that it should be in an envelope with other paperwork. I looked and it was not there. I then spoke to another sales man who told me to check the flash drive that I had received.. the car fax was still not on there. I had called Jason a few days ago to tell him that its not on the flash drive or the envelope and he told me that he would check with Miguel about getting it emailed over. I never got a phone call, or an email. I'm tired of doing my part as a customer, but not receiving anything back. No phone calls returned, always seems like the person I speak to is annoyed when I call. This is my first car buying experience and it's definitely not a good one. More
