This was my second visit to Sheehy Nissan after visiting the showroom with my son. About two months later, I was in the market for a new car. I immediately called Sheehy Nissan. My salesman, Joe was on top of his game! We talked about what I wanted and he took me to see the car. I loved it. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the car. He answered every question that I could think of. The process was new for me, I had not brought a new car in about ten years. He noticed my anxiety and he assured me that everything would be alright and it was, I walked out with a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I would definitely be coming back to Nissan for my next car. Also, Marlene took care of the financial information and she was a gem as well. She handled everything in a very professional manner. Thanks for everything. More

I hated the service I got today! I didn't get the Nissan Ester oil I wanted in my 350z!! They gave me synthetic blend oil oil instead! Not what I asked for!! Not what I wanted to pay for either! I ended up paying for that, because I didn't have yet another 1 -2 hours to set and wait on my car on my only day off because you guys didn't get it right! If you didn't have Nissan Ester oil, I would have liked to have been told!! I was only told that you guys normally put that in the 370z. That was information I already knew, but I asked for Nissan ESTER OIL! You guys gave me a synthetic blend oil that you put in everything else. I have always gotten the full synthetic oil Nissan Ester oil, or a Mobile 1 full synthetic oil that has ester in it for the last 4 years or so. I don't understand why the service department took it upon themselves to decide for me! When I brought it to the attention of the service guy who checked me in, he told me I would have to pay the difference and sit to wait yet another 1-2 hours for my car!! I don't even think I should have paid for Nissan's service department screw up!! This is not the first bad service I have gotten since I have had my Nissan. This is the reason this will be my last and finial Nissan product! The cars are good, but the service, and customer service SUCKS! If you get a Nissan, do your own maintenance or take it somewhere else. More
My experience with Sheehy Nissan and Deante Steele was superb. Deante was extremely professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable regarding Nissan vehicles. In the beginning we exchanged emails a superb. Deante was extremely professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable regarding Nissan vehicles. In the beginning we exchanged emails about a Nissan Frontier and what type of truck I was looking for and I never felt any pressure to commit to anything. After I went to Sheehy to test drive the Frontier, Deante and I developed a relationship and I knew I can trust him and felt very confident that he would steer me in the right direction regarding available options and accessories of the Nissan Frontier. We spent a lot of time going over the different Series available in the Frontier and what best suited me. Deante introduced me to his GM Shaun Hicks who was also extremely courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Both of them assured me they would find a Frontier which had the features I wanted and they did just that. I was also introduced to their finance manager Drew who is also very personal and extremely knowledgeable. It was a family experience at Sheehy and I really appreciate everyone's involvement. It was refreshing to see how a corporation values their customers and their employees. Well done Sheehy and most importantly, well done Deante Steele. I absolutely love the Frontier! More
I never gotten such prompt service! Initially I made an inquiry online to trade in my car. Soon called me back within 5 minutes to set up an appointment. I came into Nissan not really wanting to buy a new car, I just wanted to see what could be done with my 08 Sentra. I was hoping to trade it in not thinking I really could with the condition of my car and my credit. When I met Soon I felt welcomed and comfortable. Im a female and I can usually tell if Im going to get hounded or a run for my money every time I walk into a mechanic or dealership. I didn't feel that with Soon. After feeling comfortable I told Soon about my car situation and he gave me his advice. We went to look at a few cars in my price range and I fell in love with the 2013 Nissan Sentra. Soon took me for a test drive and told me everything I needed to know about my new car( I knew it would be mine immediately), i have bought a car before and never got a thorough run down on my car and felt like I knew how to work all the bells and whistles. After test driving I was excited, Soon and I went into the dealership to talk finances, Soon and his coworkers worked with my credit and down payment and made it happen for me to get this new car. I then got to meet Drew who handled the finances and he was very friendly and a lot of fun to deal with, he tried to get me the most reasonable monthly payment for me, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off and he explained all the details to me clearly. Overall this experience was one of the best! It was fast, efficient and I left feeling fulfilled. I thank all of the employees here at Sheehy Nissan for their support, friendliness (they all made me laugh and held great conversation) and hard work. I will be sending my sister to this dealership when she moves here to get her new car because I trust that Sheehy Nissan will take very good care of her!!
