My wife and I now have 2 kids 1 is almost 3 and a new baby girl a month old and we knew we did it to get a second family car for the for of us. After months and months of looking online finally decided sheehy nissan springfield was the best choice for us since we leave in Annandale only like 5 to 10 minutes away. The prices were unbleatable when we decided to get a 2010 Nissan Rouge SL with all the option and it was the best price with the lowest miles for it. Soon Eam help us from begining to end providing us with everything we needed to know about the car even when it took about 3 trips to the dealer. The whole staff was professional and friendly the whole time even played basketball with my son and let him have all the popcorn he wanted. We are very please with the purchase price and they did the proccess as easy and fast as they could. We are greatfull for everything they did for our family. More
Had set up an appointment to get my car fixed and correct the mistakes they had done during previous repairs. I was supposed to meet with Mr. Hicks and Mr. Arthurton so that I could also cancel my extended w the mistakes they had done during previous repairs. I was supposed to meet with Mr. Hicks and Mr. Arthurton so that I could also cancel my extended warranty and get rid of the Nissan. I arrived early to my meeting and was greeted by Mr. Arthurton. He proceeded to see other customers even though he is the one that set the meeting for me. I was told Mr. Hicks was at a meeting. I asked Cindy the front desk receptionist why he was meeting with someone else when I had an appointment and she stated that he was busy with the woman that was buying a car. At this time I said I was a customer too and I had a previously arranged meeting. She didn't seem to care... I then asked Cindy if I could have someone else's number, who is about the GM, Mr. Hicks. I was told that only the GM can give you that. Too bad I couldn't get ahold of him. On top of it all, I was never called or notified of a cancelled meeting or it being rescheduled. Is this the proper way to run a business? My next steps will be having a news channel do a a consumer investigation. Shady, stay away! More
After several unsuccessful trips to other dealerships to buy a car (over the span of about four weeks), we drove 3 hours to Springfield, Sheehy Nissan of Springfield being our first stop...and our last! The car we went to look at for my daughter sold earlier in the day and they worked with us to give us a good deal on a different car, a hybrid. Ricky was our salesman and he was awesome! We hadn't really considered a hybrid as they are more expensive. Knowing that we weren't really "sold" on a hybrid, Ricky suggested a test drive, just to see what we thought; definitely different! Mohammed, the sales manager, also worked alongside Ricky, wanting to make it worth our 3-hr. drive. So, after a second test drive, we knew we'd be leaving with that car. Drew was our finance guy and that went well, too. All of them worked to keep me within my budget terms, which was important! Everyone there was very nice, had a good sense of humor, no pressure; a very good ending to what had become a stressful car hunt. Thank you all! Oh, and I said I'd come back when I'm ready to get one for myself, and I mean that! More
Worst mistake of my life. Purchased a brand new 2012 Maxima on 21 Jan 2012. Car has had many defects within the first six months. Side mirror turn signals had condensation build up in the lenses. When they were removed to service them, they chipped the paint and corner of the plastic that holds them to the car. Next was the front passenger seat. The leather came undone and the yellow foam cushion was exposed. They put a dark gray leather seat bottom instead of a matching black one. The non matching seat cover was poorly installed and had gaps between the seat. Ordered a second one and it did not match either. Then the second seat bottom had the same problem as the first. The foam started to show. I am the sole driver of the vehicle and have barely ever had any passenger in that seat. During the process of having it taken out, my running board suddenly had a dent in it upon receiving the car. They fixed that about a week later and when I received it back, I noticed a piece of plastic trim was off the seating rails and just thrown under the seat. Upon this, I was told they did not work on the car and that it had been outsourced to a private business. Not that I was notified prior to this... Later on, I was approached by Mohamed and I had explained my problem and he offered to get me in another Maxima without me losing any money or having to pay anything additional. He tried to relate culturally to my wife at the time to make the exchange but instead was just trying to make another sale, not an even swap as told to our face. I would never recommend this dealership or service department to anyone. More
My husband and I purchased a new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Sheehy of Springfield this week. In the past, I have found car buying to be somewhat stressful. After a few interactions with Mohammad on the price, I told them we would go to dinner, and they could think over my offer. I was surprised when Mohammad and Ricky said they would pull it up right then and there and tell me. A few minutes later, Mohammad asked if I would put $500 down. I said No. The price I gave you is all I can pay for everything. Surprisingly, a few minutes after that, he came back and said OK. We have a deal. The experience was no mess, no fuss, no stress and now I have a gorgeous Red 2013 Pathfinder. As an added note, that night, we had a little issue with the airbag sensor, and the following day, the service department was extremely helpful and without any trying to BS me at all, simply ordered the part and told me they will call me to replace it when it comes in. I think they may have just earned my service business on the vehicle, as well. I like no mess, and no fuss. Overall, in the last few years, we have purchased vehicles from more than one dealership and more than one brand - this was by far, the best experience. More

Our salesman was Robert Burton and from our very first visit he was extremely professional, friendly, and really impressed us with his follow up and eagerness to help us find what we were looking for. All of the people at Springfield Sheehy Nissan that we dealt with throughout the purchasing process (sales staff, showroom manager, and finance manager) were friendly and personable and made us feel like we were the only customers in the showroom and that they truly cared about making us happy. I highly recommend Robert and Sheehy Nissan of Springfield!! More

He provided Excellent customer service to both me and a potential buyer. He also introduced me to Manager Mo...also very pleasant to work with. Although a dealership is close to me I would mot hesitate driving to Virginia. My Experience with Gary Lee was Excellent he's to be commended for his professionalism. Great Salesman! Even took the time to follow up after I purchased my vehicle. More
