Robert Burton is a "top-notch, numero uno" Sales Floor Manager. He has a contagious, "can-do" and caring attitude, always keeping the customer's requirement in mind vice a bottom-line sale/le Sales Floor Manager. He has a contagious, "can-do" and caring attitude, always keeping the customer's requirement in mind vice a bottom-line sale/lease. I put him through the ringer (xxx) by preparing and asking him to answer my ~70+ questions which I compiled after reviewing two lengthy Consumer Reports and other online sources. Even though I could have researched the questions myself, I figured it would be faster for him to just tell me so I could focus on the high-level vehicle aspects and he could fill in the lower-level details. He walked me through each of the questions and showed me the appropriate sections in the sales book where I could view all of the statistics on the Altima. And he also offered additional info in specific areas where I may not have had a pointed question. Over and above that, I was having some difficulty in trying to return my car to the Enterprise Duke St office, who informed me I "must" physically return the car to the nearest location because I "had to sign" paperwork to stop the daily billing cycle. This was absolutely false and Robert insisted that he go with me to the Enterprise across the street to ensure I did not have any further problems. I called the Duke St manager the following day and told him what happened. He said there must have been some misunderstanding but would look into it. Robert did a wonderful job keeping me informed on the status of the car pick-up from telling me that it was ready to confirming when I would be there to finalize the paperwork. He promised great detailing which enhanced the quality of the finished product. And the best part was he did not turn on the usual 'sales-pressure tactics', which I really appreciated because I refuse to play those kind of games. It takes a true and professional gentleman to not succumb to such temptation. Honesty is always the best policy in dealing with me and many others. His professionalism absolutely exuded in the way he dressed which really was quite impressive for a customer. Drew was patient and very efficient in his job, responding to my questions with instant knowledge of what each line item in the lease agreement included. He made the paperwork aspect of the deal close to painless. He was a delightful person with whom to work and I know I can go back to him anytime to ask additional questions or request clarification. Working with Sheehy Nissan writ large (including Italmar "Chip" Chipani, who worked several options to give me the best price, & Mohamed Aweis) were all very pleasant and eased the final decision. I look forward to seeing them again at my first 90-day car check-up and I know their quality-focused image will continue to shine. I only have one question left: What is the magic formula for keeping that "new car" smell for a long time??? Come on, you can share your secrets with me and I promise I will not tell anyone!! :))) More
My girlfriend and I stopped at Sheehy Nissan of Springfield because we were interested in a Nissan Murano. We had gone to a couple of other dealerships that had the car we wanted, but we were very Springfield because we were interested in a Nissan Murano. We had gone to a couple of other dealerships that had the car we wanted, but we were very uncomfortable with purchasing a car from a dealer that lacked that "welcome feeling." Upon arrival at Sheehy, Mariela (our dealer) greeted us and we really felt welcomed. She was very friendly and payed attention to all of our needs. Mariela treated us more like friends than like another customer walking through the door. After looking at a couple of cars, we found what we wanted and went for a test drive. The whole time, Mariela kept her professionalism to the tee while continuing to make us feel very comfortable. Once we got back to the dealer, we had to wait a little for Drew because he was busy with another customer. However, the dealer manager came over offered us cold water bottles and spoke to us like long-lost old friends. The whole time we did not feel that "shark" atmosphere you get elsewhere. Once Drew was done with the other customer, we went back to his office and he was extremely helpful. We explained what we wanted our payments to be and he worked with us so that we did not go over budget. Overall, we loved our experience here! We have recommended the dealer to some of our friends and will continue recommending to anyone else who is looking for a car! More
