Soon Eam was fantastic to work with when I bought my new Rogue. He was very pleasant and guided me to the car that I would eventually buy based off of my inputs. Throughout this whole experience, Soon has been able to offer that added care in ensuring that I am happy with my Rogue while avoiding being intrusive. My experience was going well until it was time to talk numbers. I had an internet quote for a 2011 Roque from Sheehy Nissan Springfield (the quote was less than 24 hours old). The car was not in stock at the Springfield location and would have to be picked up from another location 100 miles away. Clearly on the website it states there is no transfer fee to get a car transferred from another location; however, the sales mananger J.R. tells me there is a transfer fee and quotes me a price of $760.00 to transfer the vehicle from Mechanicsville, VA to Springfield, VA. I said that was crazy and he stated again that the price to transfer the car was $760.00. Clearly, J.R. was not interested in my business or the commission for the sales team. More
Although it was late in the model year, Brittany did everything possible to find the vehicle we wanted. The price quoted by the USAA buying service was honored without question. I had my best car buying experience ever at Sheehy Nissan of Springfield. I had the distinct priveledge of working with a great floor manager in J.R., but more specifically, an amazingly kind, friendly, and of Springfield. I had the distinct priveledge of working with a great floor manager in J.R., but more specifically, an amazingly kind, friendly, and genuinely sweet sales woman by the name of Brittany Frastak. In my search for a vehicle, I contacted 6 different Nissan Dealers, and Brittany was the only person who treated me as a person, rather than a potential sale. She responded to all of my phone calls and emails and had immediate answers to all of my questions which made my decision to give Sheehy Nissan my business and incredibly easy decision. I drove 50 miles to purchase a vehicle from Sheehy Nissan just because of the service I received from Brittany Frastak over the phone and thru email. Brittany is a rare person to meet in the car sales profession, but she was definitely a breath of fresh air. I suggest that if you are in the market for any Nissan vehicle, you place Sheehy Nissan and Brittany Frastak at the top of your list. More
After carefully weighing the pros and cons of the three AWD crossover vehicles that made my final shortlist, I settled on the 2011 Nissan Juke. Over several days, I spoke and/or emailed quite a few deal AWD crossover vehicles that made my final shortlist, I settled on the 2011 Nissan Juke. Over several days, I spoke and/or emailed quite a few dealerships from as far away as Fredericksburg; but it was Brittany's kind, friendly manner and lack of over-aggressive sales pitch that got me to drive out to Sheehy Nissan of Springfield (when Passport Nissan of Alexandria is far closer to me). Sadly, for women, buying/leasing a new car is an experience often filled with excitement but also dread and apprehension. Apprehension that you will be talked down to/over; assaulted by pushy, overly-aggressive salesmen paid on commission; steered toward a vehicle which is not at all of interest to you because "this is a perfect womens' ride and is safe and child friendly"; assumed that you don't know anything about cars/trucks and haven't done your research; ad nauseam. I am NOT a soccer mom and would rather die slowly on a rusty spike than be seen driving a Minivan. Lest you think that only women have this preconception: my boyfriend and all of my male friends kept insisting that they accompany me to the dealerships so I "wouldn't get ripped off". I am quite capable of handling such things myself and wanted to do this on my own. So I entered the dealership excited but also warily girded for battle. How incredibly refreshing to find out that I needn't have worried at all! Everyone was welcoming and totally cool. No sharks circled me the moment I pulled into the lot. Brittany made the entire experience a real pleasure and worked with me to locate the EXACT Juke I wanted, have it shipped in, and create comfortable financing options for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was Ace. Everything was walked through, discussed, and explained at a comfortable pace, and my requests and requirements were given priority. I told them what I wanted and they got it. I mean, it doesn't get any better than that. I was given a fair appraisal for my 4x4 truck trade-in, provided with a tidy loaner car, and my Juke arrived the very next day. Throughout the entire procedure, Brittany was wonderful. Drew Arthurton the Finance Manager was also first-rate and pushed the paperwork through seamlessly. It was a great experience, and I will now go to no other Nissan dealership for professional service and accessories. This is how car-buying should be, my friends. More
On Thursday, 14 July I went to Sheehy Nissan at Springfield because my service light came on. I saw Mr. Del Rio. He said it was nothing that just needed to reset. I told him that there must be a reason that it came on and that I wanted the oil and filter changed. He said he could not see me until next week. I was upset but I didn’t say anything. I went to Passport Nissan. It took 30 min to take care of the oil change plus great service. It is true that Passport Nissan is a larger company than Sheehy but to wait a week for an oil change. Mr. Del Rios obviously didn’t want to be bother. Costumer service can make or break a place. If he doesn’t want to work is ok there is a lot of people looking for work. More
