They spent lots of time answering my questions and making sure that I was happy with my experience. After the purchase, they even helped me clean out my old car! I was very pleased with my Sheehy experience and would certainly recommend them to my friends and family. More

She rescued me when my gps had everything. She did not rush me into anything. We test drove car on highway and back roads. She was very professional. She rescued me when my gps had me so lost trying to find the dealership. It was a frigid nite out not even fit for a polar bear.I have bought many cars in my life and she was top notch.I hope the dealership recognizes her as a very good car sales person.I also was impreased with the way miguel aguirre took care of me.Everybody was friendly and seemed to work together as a team to get the job done.THUMBS UP for Brittany and Sheehey Nissan of Springfield for a job well done. To be fair, I am satisfied with my car, the price was what I expected it to be, and I had at good experience with the salesperson Evan while I was at the dealership buying the car. However, the second I what I expected it to be, and I had at good experience with the salesperson Evan while I was at the dealership buying the car. However, the second I signed the contract and put down my downpayment, the customer service got drastically worse which lead me to believe that they were only interested in selling the car and once it was sold they could not care less, even about doing things like finalizing my loan and getting my car registered. I did not hear anything from Sheehy for two weeks after getting my car, at which point, they called and emailed me asking for a copy of my lease or some proof of my address. I emailed them a copy of my lease a day or two later. Three days after that they emailed me again saying that my lease wasn't working, could they have a copy of a paystub as well. I emailed that within a day. Two days later, I got an email saying thanks and asking if I had my license yet. I was unsure what they were talking about, but thought they might be talking about my permanent license plates, so I emailed back and asked if that's what they were talking about and if my permanent plates were ready. That day, I got a call and an email and a phone call from the general manager, Sina, stating that if I did not call him back that day HE WOULD REPORT MY CAR AS STOLEN. Time stamped 20 minutes after the email from the general manager was a response from the finance person saying that I needed to get a new document from the DC DMV before they could register my car. At this point, it is three weeks after I bought my car and the general manager has threatened to report my car as stolen, and this is the first I have heard about this paperwork that I need to file with the DMV. I called Sina, and sent him a nasty email about how I don't appreciate threats especially when I don't have any idea what the problem and the first time I hear of a problem it is when he is threatening to report me for stealing my car. Sina was vaguely apologetic but blamed everyone except himself, including me for not knowing or telling me that I needed this last piece of paperwork and asked me when I could get it by and told me that he wasn't making threats, just telling me what would happen if I didn't call him. I agree to get the paperwork and send it to them and to go down that Saturday to get my plates. On Saturday, my plates are not ready, which is possibly the DC DMV's fault and not Sheehy's, I get a new set of temporary plates, they fill up my gas tank, and wash my car and the matter is not entirely forgiven, but at least put aside and I am hoping to get my permanent plates without further problems. Two weeks later, I have confirmed with the DC DMV that the last piece of paperwork they needed from me is complete, and I email Vanessa from finance with proof that it is completed just in case they don't know, and ask if my permanent plates are ready. No answer. Email again. Four days later get an answer saying, sorry I didn't get back to you, I will check on you plates. No further answer. Four days later, on a Friday, knowing that my second set of temporary tags is going to expire on Monday, I call the dealership. The receptionist is easily able to check and see that my tags are ready (why couldn't Vanessa find this out?) and asks if I would like to come pick them up. I say that I could pick them up if I need to, but it would be inconvenient, so would they be able to ship them to me and make sure they can get here by Monday. Receptionist says sure, she can overnight them to me, and they will be on time. She emails me the tracking number. Over the next two days I try to track my package, but cannot find it in the system. Call back on Monday (my temp tags expire today!) to find out that the package was not shipped until today. I can't get new temp tags because they have already assigned permanent tags and those are somewhere in the mail system. Even if these tags arrive at some point tomorrow, I can't legally drive until they show up and are on my car and if I park on the street I can get a ticket for having an unregistered car. And my job absolutely requires driving. Sheehy Nissan had 60 days to get my car registered and that is part of their job and something they should know how to do, and my car will still be illegal and eligible to be ticketed even if I'm not driving at midnight tonight! This could easily have been avoided at several stages if they were just able to communicate a little bit. I have found their communication with me and with each other to be completely atrocious. They are good at convincing people to buy cars, but their job doesn't end there and the second I signed a contract and agreed to pay them they stopped doing their job. More

I used a csr buying service, True Car. Brittany was very knowledgable about the process and extremely helpful. She may look young and sweet, but she does a great job advocating a good deal for her client. knowledgable about the process and extremely helpful. As a single female I have ofrten had to be very stern in order to be taken seriously and not treated in a condensending manner (have even walked out of dealerships). I was, therefore, prepared when stoppin order to be taken seriously and not treated in a condensending manner (have even walked out of dealerships). I was, therefore, prepared when stopping at Sheehy's to look at the 2012 Altima SR 2.5; knowing exactly what I wanted and didn't want (Navigation system). Mr. Lenc was the best, and the reason I purchased my car from them. No high pressure, they did have to tell me everyting they had to offer (of course) and my "no thanks" was graciously accepted. I did end of purchasing the VIP Service after careful consideration and calculations - but since I kept my last car for 12 years and have very low mileage, this seemed to be a worthwhile extra expense. I had to delay getting the car for two weeks for scheduling reasons and that was not a problem. I did secure my auto loan with them and that department was also very courteous. There were no shenanigans which I greatly appreciated. I have not yet had a service department appointment so cannot comment on that, but based on past experience, I imagine service will also be highly rated. More

My car buying experience was better than I could have possibly expected. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional, competent, and extremely focused on customer service. In particular, m possibly expected. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional, competent, and extremely focused on customer service. In particular, my main point of contact, Ms. Brittany Frastak superseded all expectations. I utilized the car buying service through USAA and to be quite honest Brittany gained my business over the other dealerships that responded to my inquiry because she was the most prompt and helpful of the bunch. Brittany went to extreme lengths to keep me informed of my car's delivery date and all aspects associated with the purchase of my new vehicle. The assistance I received from all, but in particular from Ms. Frastak would cause me not only to purchase a vehicle from her again in the future, but also to recommend her/ the dealership to others.
