Joe acted like he was a bestfriend when I came to buy my 2012 Nissan Versa. He gave me a great price and my experience was great. I went to leave the dealership and Joe said that he would keep my car and my 2012 Nissan Versa. He gave me a great price and my experience was great. I went to leave the dealership and Joe said that he would keep my car and my personal belongings that were in the car on the lot until I came back with the title to my trade in. My grandad also had to sign off the title because he was a co owner of my old car. I went back the next weekend to give Joe my title and to get my new versa detailed and to get my stuff out of my old car, Joe had already got rid of my trade in without the title, without my grandads signature on the title and with all my stuff still in the car. That day (June 28, 2012) Drew (finance manager) agreed that Sheehy Nissan owed me $528.00. I have yet to get this money or even a call to tell me that the check was approved. Therefore my grandad still owns the car that Joe sent to be scrapped. I have been trying to call Nissan for over a month and no one, including the GM, will not return my calls. I am very upset with how I am being treated. So because of the way I am being treated I will be contacting news 9 and my lawyer to get this figured out. I think this is terrible that I am having to go through this just because Joe sold my car without and title. More

The dealership itself has a very friendly environment and you can always count on getting the best deals. Both times I've purchased a vehicle they have made the paperwork process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy. Brittany was very very very Sweet and professional. She had so much to talk about and made me feel very comfortable. While waiting for the banks which takes the LONGEST through the whole process she always had so much to talk about and made me feel very comfortable. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Sheehy of Springfield and have been so happy each time. I have never felt pressured nor felt as though I was being played. As a single woman it is often the case where you are made to feel as though the only important aspect to your new car is how many cup holders you have. The team at Sheehy has always taken my needs into consideration. I also have their VIP program... WONDERFUL!!!!! For a reasonable amount of money added to my finance amount I have not paid for an oil change in 10 years. The service staff is terrific and top notch work! More
I actually did most of my negotiation over the internet. We agreed upon a price and I was looking at purchasing a car that was already on site, however it really wasn't the color that I wanted - red. Joe asked me if I wanted a red 370Z and that he could check the inventory to see if he could find me the car that I really wanted. I said, if he could find a red one that would be awesome. Second choice would be black. I made an appointment with him for Thursday. As I drove up I saw a gorgeous red 370Z with the sport package! He had gotten the car for me, even without my saying that I would go with his dealership. That took some time and effort and that's why I will go back to Sheehy Nissan to purchase my next car. I appreciate the extra effort that it took and the fact that he wanted my business. The other dealership that I was working with weren't even interested in finding me what I wanted. I have already recommended Sheehy to my friends!!! More

I received a promised price over the phone from a Sheehy Nissan Springfield salesman, drove down to the dealership, and the Sales Manager comes out and wants to renegotiate - he told me the price I had been Nissan Springfield salesman, drove down to the dealership, and the Sales Manager comes out and wants to renegotiate - he told me the price I had been quoted earlier was not a real price. I walked out. I would suggest you do not waste your time with this dealership - if you cant trust the numbers they give you up front, who knows what other tricks they are pulling once the paperwork starts. I got a good price the same night at another Nissan dealership. More

Dean Skyler of their Sales Department is the reason I DID buy a new 2012 from Sheehy. I expected an unpleasant experience, but was pleasantly surprised because of Dean's honesty and hard work. I drove away smiling knowing I had gotten such a great deal I could afford to buy the Sheehy VIP Program and Nissan 100,000 mile Extended Warranty. Usually you never see your original sales force again, but since I will be servicing thia car ONLY at Sheehy's Service Department because of Ron, I will also drop in to see Dean to say "thank you" for a great car and an even greater car-buying experience.
