She seemed to understand this was a big decision for me and that it had to be the right fit. Brittany and Payam Z, manager, both went out of their way to find the right color and model I wanted. They answered every call and allowed me the flexibility to drive more than one vehicle to compare and think about my choice. Brittany was with me from start to finish, making the sales experience such a reassuring one. I did not feel pressured at all, and I knew they were trying their best to find just the right car for me. When the sale was finalized, Drew in Financing could not have been more efficient and made the process so easy. This is a very professional sales team and they treated me the way every customer should be treated, with respect and courtesy. How nice to have a real quality sales experience! Of the > a dozen vehicles I've purchased, he is the only one that ever convinced me that purchasing an extended warranty was worth the extra money. When I misunderstood one of the "packaged" options, and changed my mind and asked him to remove it, he calmly destroyed the paperwork and re-did it. In short, he made it right. I tried mightily to beat their price, but was unsuccessful. I was dealing with two other dealerships who also had vehicles with the features I was looking for. I got fair value for my trade, and since the vehicle was not on the lot (at another dealership, they are picking it up today), they gave me a brand-new loaner of the same model. Very efficient. More

There was no pressure to buy a lot of dealer add-ons, although she did show me what was available. I ended up going for the Sheehy VIP program and an extended warranty, because I thought they were both very good deals for the type of driving I do. After delivery, Ms. Frastak contacted me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Overall, I have to say that this was the best new vehicle buying experience I have had in 44 years of driving.
