Shawnee Mission Kia

I purchased a car from Shawnee Mission Kia and they gave me the 30 day tempt tag. Now in Kansas a person cant get there tags with out the title. So I was waiting for my title in the mail. When 30 days was almost up and I still didnt recieve my title I called the dealership and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude. To make a long story short the title I was looking for in the mail was never sent and I had to drive out to the dealership to get it. I live 45 mins away from Shawnee Mission Kia on top of that my 30 day tempt tags was expired so I had to borrow my sister car just so I would not be driving illegally. When I got there I asked the guy behind the desk was the title even sent he lied and said that he wasnt sure but clearly it was never sent because the certified sticker was still intact. When I took the salesperson outside to explain the mistake that the dealership and him had done I felt like he wasnt listening. What's even worst is that Im currently in school for a busniess degree and my class right now is on Customer Service so this is extremely hard to rub off and if I didnt already love my car and personalize it and everything I would take it back. The people I was going to tell about going there Im going to tell to go somewhere else and Im even under the process of finding another place to get my car service on because I never want to see them again. More

Didn't return calls as requested and promised, at least 5 times I had to call them when they said they were calling me... Salesmen lied to me and tried to transfer me around office to other salesman when I asked for a manager. Pathetic. I bought from these guys; trust me, stay far away from these creeps. I cannot speak for the New Kia salespersons, but the people who worked inside that portion of the business were rude, I can say that much. I had to go there to get financed and didn't have a great experience with that either. I was basically treated like a second class citizen because I didn't have a high credit score at the time. Do NOT give them your email, they are still spamming me a year later illegally after I told them remove me from all email lists. I had to pay a fine to the state it took them so long to send my paperwork, which kept me from getting registered by the deadline. My temp plates were expired before they mailed the paperwork! STAY FAR AWAY! No customer service on the most expensive thing I will ever buy aside from my home? Unacceptable. More

We bought the car, but it only took them almost 2 months to get us our paperwork, then it was a mess trying to get the car tagged because I didnt have the paperwork. Just a lot of crap for no reason. I would not recommend this dealership. People who have flawed credit are embarassed or think no other dealership will help them, and this dealership takes advantage of that way of thinking. They lie and take advantage of every person they come accross. We were lied to several times. This rating is for the used car dealership. The new car dealership seemed ok to deal with. If you are brave enough to look into another dealer if you have bad credit, then I would say do it. You will be surprised at how many dealerships can help you. Don't let this dealership take advantage of you. JUST SAY NO TO SHAWNEE MISSION KIA. More
