It was a disappointing experience, and unfortunately I do not plan to return. Without informing me, a software update was performed on my vehicle, which resulted in the loss of the remote start feature. I wa not plan to return. In addition, after I completed the payment, the technician simply placed the invoice and receipt in front of me without any explanation or courtesy. I felt this was unprofessional and discourteous.
