I had taken my car in four times to have it fixed and each time they said they need to order the part even when I called to see that they had the part and was told they had it there only to find out when I got there I was told that the part had not been ordered so disappointed with the service
They dont really want to be transparent with their pricing on Lease buyouts. Kia quotes one number and dealer quotes another. On the lease in 2022 they forced me to buy addons or would not do the sale. Illegal now.
Our sales man spent the time necessary to find us the vehicle we purchased. It was a quick and easy car purchasing experience!
