I had been shopping for a car for weeks and was not getting the price or financing that I wanted or the quality of vehicle I needed. Just came in to test drive a Kia before buying a Jeep Compass. Ended up driving off in a new Kia. They gave me a good price, test drive and a trade - in. I walked in about 70% set on buying, but wasn't sure which model- had 3 in mind from my online searches (Forte, Optima, Sonata). He explained the whole process and was very straight-forward with me about everything. I appreciate that above all! They never pushed me to make a choice or leave even though it was close to the end of business hours. That was also very releiving! They got me in the car I wanted for the right price, then stayed late to finish my paperwork. The whole process was less stressful than I anticipated- and I'm satisfied with my car, the terms, the service, and the dealership as a whole. I'm looking forward to enjoying the white 2010 Kia Forte I chose, and to them taking care of the maintenance (bought that package & stayed in my budget)! Thanks to all involved!! ~B More

Shannon deserves 5 Stars Plus. He listened to what my needs were and came up with the perfect KIA for me. He gave instructions on how to work all the gadgets, and I went back on the second day and he wen needs were and came up with the perfect KIA for me. I am 72 years old and it takes me a while to get with the program. Shannon introduced me to the service manager which I don't think in all my years of purchasing an auto a salesman has done that.
