I love my car and it is so nice and comfortable size for my fiance kids and I. Antonio was our sales person and he was so awesome and friendly. We could not have asked for a better sales person. I really enjoyed the daelership and customer service and would definately recommend it to anyone, and I will tell them to ask for antonio for a sales person. More
I had the easiest car buying experience ever! I had a vehicle that I paid off and still loved, however, I needed more space for my expanding family. I decided I would stop in to Shawnee Mission Kia to lo vehicle that I paid off and still loved, however, I needed more space for my expanding family. I decided I would stop in to Shawnee Mission Kia to look into trading in my vehicle. This was completely unplanned and I had no intention of buying a car that day. I met with Valerie and explained to her what I was wanting to do. She helped me go step-by-step through the car buying process and she made it so much fun and so easy. She listened to what I was wanting to accomadate my family and found me the car of my dreams that fit my budget. Everything was perfect about the car and most importantly it fit my budget. Next thing you know I was driving off the lot in my new car and it hit me, "I just bought a car!" What I thought was going to be a stressful experience that I was dreading taking care of actually turned out to be the opposite. I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle and make sure you ask to work with Valeire. More
I went to Shawnee Mission Kia with my girlfriend. She had been to another Kia dealership two months earlier and had a terrible experience. It took that much time for her to get the confidence to try again. There we meet Antonio Vieyra, we immediately got a much nicer vibe than the other place. She ended up buying a 2010 Soul. I really hadn't intended on buying a car that day. I liked a 2010 Forte there and asked just out of curiousity what kind of deal I could get. Well the bottom line is that they made me such a good deal and made it so easy that we both drove home in new cars that day. More
I came into the Kia dealership with a very clear idea of what I wanted. I had just visited a toyota dealership down the road, and they didn't really help me with my situation. I had a newer honda civic and a dying ford taurus, so I needed to even them out, I need two reliable and affordable cars. Antonio got right on board and he was very honest, he saw I had a clear goal and worked diligently with the sales manager Chin. I said I would settle for 05-07 cars if they meet my $400 a month requirement for both. THEY DID IT. Not only they got the payment just right, but I got 2 Kia Spectras 2009!!!! I liked their honesty, none of that "good cop, bad cop" routine, they were all about taking care of what I needed. They saw I was honest and they were upfront and honest with me too. I am very happy and would recommend them anytime. Also, both cars have factory warranty, so the service department has taken care of every little detail that was wrong with the cars (which was only minor cosmetic things from being used cars) without hesitation. Michael in the service department was very helpful and prompt to take care of my cars. My wife and I are very happy with our experience at Shawnee Mission Kia. More
I was very happy with everything at this dealer. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. The one thing I might suggest is offering hot chocolate alone with the coffee. I grew up in small town America and You kind of levitate to the town dealership. You always feel at home because you personally know the dealer. More than likely you grew up with the guy. From the moment I walked into the Shawnee Mission used car office I felt the way I did before I move out here 8 years ago. I want to be sure to say Bill Munsell was the friendliest salesman I have ever encountered in the used car business. I have been to other so called friendly places and felt like I was a burden. I handed Bill an unrealistic request and he met it within $25.00. I not only drove away in a different vehicle, I drove away in more than I was expecting and I drove away knowing I have a new friend. I never felt rushed or pressured into something I did not want. I was even willing to change my vehicle preference but, Bill managed to find exactly what I was looking for, within the price range I could afford. So Thank You all from the Salesman (Bill Munsell) to Mark in the finance office. I will more than likely be a repeat customer. YOU are my Hometown dealer now! More

As a matter of fact i brought a friend back with me to Shawnee Mission Kia in January 2011 and i upgraded to another car and my friend bought a car too the same day. More
Horrible experience. I will NEVER buy from this dealership and am now not even considering a KIA based on my experience with this dealership. I went in with a mission: to test drive a Kia and see i dealership and am now not even considering a KIA based on my experience with this dealership. I went in with a mission: to test drive a Kia and see if I would be interested in purchasing a Kia car. When I walked in I was "placed" with Dustin - who once he heard my budget was obviously not interested in helping me or dealing with me anymore. After not even trying to show me any cars on the new car lot he pushed me over to the used lot and dumped me off on a "newer" sales person: Shannon. Shannon was nice enough but it took FOREVER for him to find a car to even look at. Spent more time trying to fill out his stupid paperwork than trying to sell me a car. Once we FINALLY looked at a car - he didn't know the price and I spent the entire test drive trying to drag out of him why a Kia would be a good car for me. He spent more time talking about what a great dealership this was and how they beat everyone in the area on sales - who cares!? Try selling the car! Finally toward the end of the test drive he started trying to up-sell me to a new car - too little too late - would have been interested an HOUR AGO! I felt like because I was a woman in the dealership on my own they weren't interested in even trying to sell me a car. Don't WASTE your time here. They don't give a flip about trying to help you. An hour and a half to finally test drive a car - ridiculous! I can PROMISE they won't be getting my business and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to go here. Don't know how they sell cars with this kind of service! WASTE OF MY TIME! More
